The General Manager is rude and disrespectful. She is never there to acknowledge or solve any complaints. The employees say she is at the back while the employees are the ones to cash out the tickets rather than her. If asked to talk to her she rudely will not look at you or apologize for the wait. This has happened to me and my family many times. It is a shame that pizza hut is loosing its regulars to papa johns because of lack of customer service, management, late orders, no drivers and a disgusting restaurant. This is a followup to my previous post. I am posting for two reasons. I never did get paid for the four days I worked there ($280). I feel prey to this company right out of college. They promise that you will make $500.00 or more a week. I was there for only 3 weeks and made a total of $200.00. It was a final straw when they convinced me to go on a business trip for a week to a small town near Springfield. Lack of communication/information/warning given to patient (minor) or parents of patient before or after surgery regarding extreme swelling to penis caused by dressing being wrapped tight around scrotum following surgical procedure for a hydrocele. I agree with all these complaints - people-- don't waste your money! This company is horrible to deal with.
