American Lazer Center
I was contacted with a $300.00 gift certificate that I had "won" at an aesthetics conference. I scheduled my "free" appt and then paid $169.70 for the remaining upper lip hair removal package.
I scheduled my follow up appointment for 7 weeks out for 10am (the first Sat appts are @ 10am). I was contacted the day prior to my appt as a reminder, problem was that it was not the date I had set. At that time I asked for a refund, as I was concerned that I was just going to be "worked in" when I arrived for my scheduled... read full review »

Scooter Depot
I purchased a scooter from Sunny Sports/Scooter Depot. I have had nothing but problems with it since I received it (later than promised). First, I paid extra to have it delivered with a lift truck but it came with one driver and no lift so I had to find someone to help the driver unload it. Then I had to replace the fuel filter because it was cracked. The turn signals don't work correctly. Sometimes they won't come on. Now, the scooter won't start at all. I have emailed and called Sunny Sports several times. When calling there... read full review »
Crocs
Towards the end of last summer, I bought three pairs of Crocs Prima shoes.
One thing I liked about these shoes was that they were described as slip-resistant, and that they were suitable for wear in wet weather/wet areas. I spend a lot of time at the beach, and in the sprinklers with my daughter. I thought these would be perfect.
However, I quickly realized that they were anything but slip-resistant. I could wear them on wet sand or wet grass, but as soon as I would step on an interior tile or hardwood floor, it would be like... read full review »

Wu-YiTea.com
I ordered the tea and tried it and was told I could return and cancel if I wasn't satisfied. I paid for the 1st shipment of $29.95, then received another for which I was billed $34.90. I returned that and was told I would be credited within 2 weeks. Not only have I not received credit for the $34.90 but I just received a bill on my current credit card statement for yet another $29.95 for something I do not want and haven't received anyway. read full review »
Whitehall Jeweler / Diamond Ring
Do not shop at Stonestown Whitehall jeweler!!! The customer service is horrible. I want to return the 4 stone diamond ring because the price is marked up too high compared to other jewelery store, so I brought the ring (with no scratch or damage) along with the receipt. however, the salesperson said that he cannot do the refund because the manager is not in the store. It needs manager permission to allow for return. what a lame!!! He wants me to come back couple days later talk to the manager about the refund. I never heard about this kind of... read full review »

The Bon Ton
First and Foremost I would like to thank everyone taking the time out to read this bit of information I am about to share with you. Hello Readers. My name is Shontea. I am a 23yr old mother of two young children. Back in November of 2007, my friend and I were doing some shopping at the mall so we could go out for the evening. We had been in several stores so we had quite a few shopping bags. We decided to go into the Bon Ton. I was a former employee(2years), so I knew that they had pretty descent sales on under clothes. When I enterd the... read full review »
Thirft Store
2nd Avenue Thrift Store, at Franklin Mills Mall, chooses to attach the price tags - on all their products - with staples! The staples often fall off from handling. Also... sales personnel neglect to staple price tags to many items. Many times I have found an item which fits, an item I really want to buy. Customers are not permitted to buy items that are not tagged! Whose fault is this? They flatly refuse to price, tag and sell items without tags... this is not customer service. It is unfair to penalize the customer because the tag either fall... read full review »
Walmart-Smart Style
I stopped in the Smart Style salon at the Walmart in Oak Ridge, TN to buy Redken shampoo & conditioner. Both the shampoo & conditioner had sticker prices for an amount on the bottom of the bottle. When the cashier rung them up, they both came up with a much higher price. I questioned it and was told that they had gone up in price, but was not marked. I insisted that I should get them for the price as marked, but was refused. I then demanded she cancel payment. I also had to insist on getting my receipt to show that the amount had been... read full review »
Quest Diagnostics
I worked for a decade at Quest Diagnostics with a clean record. About a year ago my Mom took ill. She only had 3 months to live. We were very close and the grief hit me very hard. I had 5 bosses I was there long. When I had problems with the grief, instead of talking to me about my changed behavior they fired me. I am still unemployed after one year. They are not the top 100 places to work. They destroyed my life and my career. I am single and self supportive. read full review »
Puget Sound Adventure Boot Camp
Misleading, untrustworthy manipulation. This company promotes health and wellness for Woman in the Kent and Federal Way area of Washington, but their numerous inconsistencies and false information proves otherwise. I joined these boot camp months ago and loved the training I was provided by the Kent Trainer that just recently left in April 2008. However, every interaction with the owners Clemence and Alfred proved to be uncomfortable and something that I and MANY other campers avoided all cost. The owners would push multilevel marketing... read full review »

I called WuYi Source and they were able to give me the telephone number to this company who billed my credit card. The number is 1-866-396-5711 if anyone needs it. Apparently, I agreed to a "free" subscription with them somewhere within the fine print. Don't be afraid to call them. Prescription Solutions took advantage of the government policy of not allowed to return any prescription by charging any amount they would like. The consume has no choice but pay the bill. I have disputed the extra charge on the prescription, got a verbal agreement to readjust the charge and later got denied that there is no such agreement. Based on my experience with Ed Kasper's form of customer service, I can no longer spend my money at HappyHerbalist. Also, I can no longer recommend HappyHerbalist to any one else.

Florida Eye Institute
Last Friday I went to a clinic where the physician told me I had a form of contact dermatitis requiring steroids. He wrote a prescription and referred me to an eye doctor to rule out glaucoma.
The eye doctor diagnosed my condition as contact dermatitis, did a glaucoma test and prescribed another prescription for steroids and charged me $437.00.
I believe this charge is excessive especially since the cost was not disclosed earlier and the doctor at the clinic had already diagnosed my condition and prescribed.
I believe a vast cost reduction is in order. read full review »

Newport News / Spiegel
I have recently rec'd a bill for $24oo+ for an account paid off in 2004 (at a bit over $800). Has anyone else had such a serious issue with this company? The lawyer for the collection agency was very nice, told me that the buyer of the contract, Midland Credit Management Co., and was a debt brokerage. I know that Spiegel has been having financial problems... This appears to be a company selling paid accounts as collectible to gain income. Any info would be greatly appreciated. I intend to let this go to court, if they have done this to me, they likely have done this to many ex-customers. read full review »

American Health Benefits
This number shows up with a 028 area code and often times only shows up 4 numbers as if an extension. They claim to be health benefits, insurance for those who don't get insurance with their jobs. Anthony for Hair
I went in for a color and highlight. I discussed whether to go lighter or not with the stylist and she persuaded me to go lighter. However, she just put on the dye and went about chatting and doing other things, forgetting about me. She came back once to check on it, and said it wasn't done yet. (I had to remind her to put conditioner on)When the hair was done, it was way way darker than my hair when I came in. At the end, she asked me whether I liked it, I said it was ok. All American Fitness
Well, I am indecisive about All American currently. I have been a member since July 1999 (nearly ten years now). I have experienced some pleasant conditions and very frustrating and inappropriate situations too. Though I must admit that each exasperating event does better me. Let me explain further.
When the All American Fitness Club first appeared in Midwest City, I was overjoyed! At that time, my husband (then fiancé) and I called the gym for further information. We were treated rudely and disrespected. The employees acted a... read full review »

I would like to be able to get my money back but not sure where to go for that. Once again this product should be pulled for the market as it does not do what it advertises. This product is awful!
