I purchased the tea online. I cancelled before the cancellation expired due to the tea was not helping me and upsetting my stomach. I decided this was not for me. I called cancel and for the next two month I was charged $19.95. even after a second phone call to cancel.. I had to go to my bank and cancel my account, change to another account. I had cancelled my membership a year ago and they were still pulling money out of my account.I called the corporate office and was told it would be 3-5 days for them to process my request for a refund. I have called and spoken to every employee, supervisor, and the manager of the corporate office and they have been nothing but dishonest and deceptive. The manager told me that they didn't have to refund the money. Even after I proved that I had cancelled my membership. cms sent me a letter last year stating that I did not have to pay mayo clinic for the surgery I had because the doctors and mayo screwed up. At that time I had paid mayo 800.00 dollars.
