I am a small business owner who is a CLEAR Authorized retailer. A customer who does not have a credit card bought a Greendot Card at Walgreens to purchase CLEAR service . We have processed CLEAR Transactions on prepaid VISA Cards before so we assumed it would be no problem . There was a $39.00 unauthorized charge on my credit card. I didn't even give them my credit card number! (Where'd they get it?) I can understand why banks pay the requested charge, because there is NO PROOF that the victim did not offer to pay! These shiesters are smart. So I like want to share my experience with going through the massage program at palm beach state college. One of the instructors Margi Foley made my life and the life of some other people very difficult while attending the massage program. The company give you a thirty day trial and deducts the monthly fee before the trial period is up. I called and inform them that our power was down in MEMPHIS and the power just came up.
