Vacation Consultants of America
I was a affilitated travel consultant with Vacation Consultants of America. I have been trying for several months to get in touch with someone no one answers the phones; or if the see your number they disconnect the call; if you leave messages they will not return your calls the same with emails and letters. I finally spoke to someone and she was going to check on my questions I had and get back to me to this day I have not heard from anyone at this company. The person that I started with is no longer there.

Odenza sells vouchers to companies that offer them to people like me who come to listen to a presentation about a product they would like to sell.
Odenza promises in writing in their brochure that you send $50 and they will book 2 night hotel from a list of cities. We chose Orlando and we chose a date excluding week end and holidays (many limitations, not convenient). May be a month later they called us to ask us an extra $40 + insurance for 2 nights in the Howard Johnson Maingate Resort, Kissimmee FL. So we are now $90 out.

Hi,
I visited this place more than couple of times in this last 10 days, my complain is not based on one visit. The washroom is awful.. every time I go there .. I see a worst place, more intresting thing I found in my last couple of visits is.. the soap in the bathroom is not filled and looks like its never been there, as I could see the liquid soap is dried off.

We were told by phone that we had won a trip. They went through all the wonderful things but would not give the "details" until the card number was given. Upon receipt of the card number it was made clear to us that we were responsible to pay for travel. We immediately wanted to cancel and were told that it was not possible. Beware of this company when doing a home loan. I was late on payments actully 3 and made the late fees. I went to pay a payment in person, my payment was denied, i called the main company to be told my home was in forclousure, i even tryed to talk to these ppl so i wouldent lose my home i worked very hard to get.

Tutortime Learning Centers
With a name like Tutortime one would expect to have trained professionals working within these facilities however that is not the case. Children have little stimulation from untrained staff whom are mostly children themselves. Further, there is always a new face working there.
The owner is completely out of touch with the lack of developmental stimulation, training and operates this franchise like a puppy mill.
My advice would be not to waste the money on an esthetically pleasing Tutortime rather invest in a true learning center. read full review »

My dog died at a pet hospital. I used care credit to pay for his medical charges with care credit. They offered 0% for a short period. I arranged to have that balance transfered before the end of the 0% period. GEMB refused to accept the transfer and I was never informed. I checked the status just to make certain that my balance was zero and found that it was not only zero but I had accrued an additional $95.

I made reservations at this Motel and even though I am cancelling a "year" in advance, they pretty much told me I am out of the $500+ that I spent on the room reservations. I have never heard of ANY Motel that did not have some kind of a refund policy, mostly when this room was booked for the Americade weekend when ALL motels are fulled to capacity.
