I have a problem with World Connections Travel aka Med Resorts International. I have had this membership and I use that term loosely, for a couple of years and have YET to able to use it. I ordered the free trial of Acaiberry and Total Cleanse on 10/16/08, and just received them today 10/30/08. I have been trying to call them for a week, and the phone would hang up on me. I pay my child support on a regular basis not by choice but they take it out of my check. I would pay it direct to the mother but the state will not let me. I cancelled my membership, tried to do it by phone as I had a sister-in-law in the hospital with a life threatening disease and we spent every hour we could with her. I puchased an extended warranty on my washers i bought from sears and they have had to come out a few times. I told them it was for a business and that we do laundry for 17 Cabins which are not rented out all the time at the same time. Each time they have had to come fix them it takes 2 weeks to come out then they have to order parts. Sears came out and gave us an estimate on a central air and heat unit, when it was installed a smaller air unit was put it. Should of had a smaller bill because unit was a cheaper unit. I called Travelex Money Transfer to ask them if they charge a commission fee when they exchange currency. They said they don't. They also told me that they will not charge a service fee on my money. I registered with Insta Money, but the process was inconsistent with what was described in the FAQ. I received a postcard from Great Fun saying membership fees had gone up and 13.99 and would be charged to my credit card if I did not cancel membership. Say what?!!! I called the number given and told them I wanted to cancel. It appears, unbeknownst to me, my credit card was charged each month for service since January or before(my fault in not noticing) .
