I have been sent a bill for a healing remedies book that I don't have. The last book I received was the Big ?Black Book. in which there should not be a balance oweing. That last payment of $24.62 was paid on 9/13/08.
I really don't even know why I ordered that book, but it is here and now I have 2 of them, but I've looked for the book you are speaking of and it is not here.
Please check your returns because I don't have this book. Please don't send me a bunch of sales items to my email, they will just be deleted or spamed. If you want me to view something then send it to my mailing address, not my email. read full review »

I have a poulan Pro BVM200 vacuum/blower had it for three years and replaced the vacuum bag three times because of a poorly designed zipper i'm getting ready for my fourth vacuum bag but i'm disgusted with the poor quality and i'm tired of replacing these bags. I agreed to get a sample of Acai and pay the shipping of $4.87. But now my credit card is being charged $74.76 on 8/22/08 and $5.67 on 9/11/08 from SE Westminster. When I call the phone number 888-289-8740 I get a recording and put on hold or told to go on line to www.gohelpnow.com, which doesn't connect me to the company at all. These are unauthorized charges. What can I do to stop them?

I was scheduled to fly to oakland on jetblue to be a best man in a wedding at Napa. i arrived 2 hours ahead of time I went on line to check what Items you could bring on board and did what it said then when I arrived I was held up and my cologne and other personal items were taken by TSA then they made me get back in line. I had deposited a check for only $1, 000.00 into my account and BofA held the check for 14days. they ripped me off so bad, I had so many little checks bouncing for amounts such as $8.00 and $12.00 for my childs school lunch, I was charged so many overdraft fees and Bof A said they could not do anything about it. My bill has been more then was explain to me it would be. The bill was suppose to be 67.00 for six months then go up ten more dollars afterward. However I have been paying from 85.00 for six month since the purchase. This month it is 103.06 and I can't figure out why. I have been on the phone forever trying to dispute the stupid charge.
They keep telling me to call the number but I tell them it is not even a working number!
BOA is good though because they are removing the charges again (this has happened twice from the same company!)

i had booked a hotel room one week in advance for a 2 night stay in keongsaik hotel. i understand that it will have a cancellation charges if i did not turn up.
i check-in on time to this hotel, but due to the room were too small for me, i requested for another bigger room. the front counter staff was assisting me to chenk for room availablity, but too bad that it was all fully booked. therefore this staff recommend me to others hotel near by...and i appreciate that!

If a person is standing at a locked mail box in an apartment complex can the mail man hand them the mail for an address that they ask for? what if the person has an ID for the address that they are asking about? Would that person be intitled to get all of the mail or just the mail that has their name on it?
September 24, 2008 my mail was handed to a person who no longer lives at my apartment. Not just a selected item... ALL of the mail. When I got home the mail was on my door step!

My apartment has not been working with me since July 4th 2008. I have called over and over for them to come fix my A/c and it has never been a priority. Now with Hurrican Ike my apartment has damage. I recently stayed at the Hyatt Airport hotel in Orlando, FL. A few days after getting home the charges went through. The bill was $812.52 and should have been $715.52. After contacting the hotel, I was told I had 3 cars in valet (how?). The hotel refunded me for one of the cars $48. I called customer service and corporate offices and was told I would have to dispute the charges on my card as they were not going to refund the extra valet charges.
