I recently stayed at the KOA in Granger and do not recommend it to anyone. It was my son's birthday and I took him and three kids there on May 24, 2008. I am an AT&T customer currently and have never been with Cingular wireless. I recieved a collection bill in the mail from AFNI stating that I had an outstanding debt of $80.50 from Cingular wireless. It gave account numbers and everything. I contact AT&T since they bought Cingular and they varified that there is no outstanding issues with my acccount. I came here for a 2 week conference. The room I had (on 12th flr) was clean but old. The toilet ran all the time even after they came to fix it (3 times) I finally just kept the door closed and stopped calling. A colleague changed her room 4 times because there are large air conditioners outside many of the windows and if you room is below the 6th floor they are very loud. Unfortunately because of a very RUDE and UNHELPFUL employee who called DENIA, the trip became unpleasant. Company does not answer phone calls and larger amount was charged to my card. ACCC in Australia said that web site was registered in Arizonia. We just canceled our "free vacation" and are stuck with a $60.00 charge. They tell you you will be staying in one of their resorts, but when you get your confirmation in the mail, it ends up being the Red Roof Inn.
