I bought a ticket for travel on 28 Nov 2006. I had to cancel this ticket then due to sudden emergencies. I was told that the ticket is in O&V category and I will loose INR 500 towards converting the ticket for use before 2nd Oct 2007. I contacted them now for a ticket for travel on 25th Aug 2007. While the telecon confirmed the availability of a lower fare, I was surprised when I went to get the ticket from the city office. What ever happened to the customer is always right? I recently stayed at the Laquinta in of Crossville and was very disappointed. The indian lady who waited on me was not very professional and or friendly to me or anyone in my party. Booked Kingfisher air ticket through Travelguru from Mumbai-Chennai-Mumbai. When I reached early morning Kingfisher airport officials told that my ticket was not confirmed. I booked a passage New York- Delhi- New York for my son Mrigank studying in India using Make My Trip, the carrier involved is Finnair and the reservation code is YYWL62. My wife and I have experienced problems with Shell. We feel we were lied to and sucked into buying a timeshare. We purchased 4500 at the Legacy in AZ. First they sit you down and tell you how the cost of hotels will go up each year. Then they tell you how your timeshare is a "great investment." The cost will save you thousands over the years. They tell you the maintenance fees will never go up. The brochure we have even says the cost of your timeshare will never go up. The sell you on good investment. Believe all theses stories on here Bluegreen Corp is a scam and thank god I didn't fall for the whole resort/points combo. 1time do not allow cancellations! Their discounted rates are not worth the risk! The policy is not made clear on the web page or in the contract (my point of view). I am R2700 out of pocket. I feel I'm a victim of false marketing. I will be more cautious next time I reserve tickets with any airline (this is the first time I have ever had a need to cancel). I was trying to book a ticket for my friend from Bangalore to Pune. I used my HSBC credit card for this. I entered all the values and got blank page. I thought transaction is not successful. My friend booked using another card. I got a statement of Rs 2000.00 from travelguru.com. I contacted travelguru and my bank. I didn't get any response from travelguru. I was robbed on April 19th. My car was taken from my garage and things of value from in the garage. I contacted AAA within a hour of finding out I was robbed. And was told to talk to two different representatives one for House Ins. & one for the car. First, I was very impressed with their interest and what I had to do. My mom has worked for this Motel for over 20 years. She has never once companied about going places for meetings or classes. Now this regional manager comes in and says she is not doing a good enough job for them and fires her. I think maybe someone should look at this man (or so called man)and see if he is doing a good enough job for this company. I and my family and friends will never stay at a Motel 6 again. Initially, my boyfriend and I booked Hotel Sandos Caracol but decided to change to a different one after a fire burned down 2 of the bars. As soon as we found out about the fire, we contacted our agent, which took us forever to get a hold of. When we finally reached her, we expressed our concerns about the hotel. Seaside, Oregon, Motel 6 manager, Lee Judson, put my disabled, senior citizen wife and me on his Do Not Rent list simply because I complained about a substandard room and possible evidence of bedbug infestation. Franchisee, John Wolf, Portland, Oregon, is doing nothing about it. My family was scheduled to take Delta flight from LAX to HNL on 5/18/07 at 8:15AM for our Hawaii vacation. We were at airport 40 minutes before the departure time. I cannot checking to get boarding pass on self-checking machine, I was directed to the Delta direct counter, where they told me that we missed plane and there was nothing they can do to help me to get on this plane. In light of global warming it is disgusting to see the Greyhound buses idling hours on end. I live behind a Greyhound bus station and there is a big sign in the station's window asking the bus drivers to turn off their buses. This does not always happened. The continuous idling disrupts my sleep and the exhaust filters through my windows often setting off my fire alarm. After finding a travel agency to book travel for 21 members of my family, I learned about BookIt.Com. In the end, I booked my immediate family of 7 through BookIt.com because they were able to get a better rate. The other 14 members stayed with the other travel agent. I wish I had too. I travel occasionally by KSRTC (Karnataka State Road Transport Corporation) and it was a welcome relief that they started offering online booking service (www.ksrtc.in). However its sad to see that they have absolutely no customer service contact (no telephone number and email id for refunds bounces back!). When boarding at Gatwick I was charged twenty five pounds because my luggage weighed 5kg over the maximum weight of 20kg. I find it completely unfair that there was no pre-warning of the maximum weight. There were several other passengers who were also forced to pay charges and whom were all also unaware that the maximum weight of luggage was just 20kg. We took a membership in December from the marketing executive called Deepa. She used to call us everyday to take membership. Now after we have upgraded the membership and we have already paid half the amount we have still not received Allotment letter. She never picks the call even if she picks she tells she will find out and call back. It is more than 2 months she has called. Today when I called her colleague picked the call and told she won't come to office 2 days since she is not well. I tried calling her Manager even he did not pick the call. Very Very irresponsible. My complaint is about a company cruise.com I have never been so annoyed and displeased with a company as I am with this one.I was quoted a price and told that it was canadian funds only to discover it was US funds this is not where it stops when I tried to contact them I was continuously put on hold 25-60 minutes, when I tried to pay they told me the original invoice didnt include a 90.00 document international package when I tried to complain they disconnected me and I had to wait again.
