I have given my nokia n70-m for repair in hcl infinet in bangalore in infantry road and those people told me that we cannot repair it.and so we will replace you with a new phone and for that those guys took me around 2 months and i finally got it on 3rd may and they gave me a lod phone they didnt keep up their promise and even the replaced phone was not working properly so i again went to hcl infinet and they didnt give any response and after all to give me job-sheet they took 2 - 3 hours and again we need 15 workings days to repair ur phone so i have waited already for 2 months an i cannot wait any longer so i am going to the consumer court... read full review »

Visited the Suite Hotel in Rouen in March 2007 with my 83 yo grandparents. When we arrived the hotel wasn't finished there was no parking, even though the website boasted secure on site parking. The best that accor could offer was another of their chain of hotels for £300 extra! Complaint sent in after visit and all we got was an email saying that they were pleased that we were satisfied with the way that their staff handled the situation and that we were offered alternative accommodation which we where happy with!! - No... read full review »

I often book e- Ticket throw' KSRTC online website and travel within site. on 09.04.07 i booked one ticket and while booking transaction could not complete after release of payment from internet banking. It again happened on 28.04.07 twice. My complaint is against poor response from KSRTC and Secondly there is no icon for refund of such failures. It is further surprising to have a such website at international software/silicon city like Bangalore. This shows poor vision of corporation and its administration. I travel by bus between the sector chennai - hyderabad at least twice a month. My preference is GARUDA services from Imlibun which departs at 8pm. My journey on 1st may is the most horrific travel I have done in recent times. (SERVICE No new 1326, seat no 31, AP 11Z 3248) Firstly, I was there at the Volvo passenger waiting area at the Imlibun bus stand at 7.30pm. The place is not well maintained, the AC does not work. The company is Travelosity and Yahoo Travel. They get my vacation plan to Disney World all screwed up and I cannot cancel or change the plan. Hold times for hours - I was told at one point the hold time was 4 hours. I was on hold for an hour on one phone - switched to another - got someone who was not authorized to help and then put on hold for 1 hour before I hung up both phones. My fiance and I stayed at the Long Island Marriott and I'm sorry to say we were very disappointed with the accommodations. During the first night the room was very warm and although the thermostat was set to 65 degrees, the room failed to cool down. I reported this to the front desk the next morning on our way out and I was told that someone would fix the problem while we were gone. As I was showering, (6pm) a woman from management came in the room without permission, and claimed that she was changing the towels, even though there already was enough. I came out of the shower, and she ran out the door. She was not in a housekeeping uniform. I saw her go back to the main office. It was clear that she tried to steal my bike. Staples and H.P. ripped me off... on the purchase for a computer bundle in 2004. The offer was for a "rebate" of $ 100 dollars. They couldn't locate anything pertaining to my purchase... but sent me spam about my new computer. I blocked their site from my computer and will never set foot in Staples' store again, as far as H.P... the computer has been very reliable but doubt if I will ever purchase another H.P. product. Hi this is regarding the bad service rendered to all the customers on refunds and customer service for the tickets purchased for air deccan flights. There is no response from these executives once you ask for any service after the payment is made. They keep telling us various excuses for blaming their inter departments for not providing the service. I have had trouble with an affiliated organization to the Mayan Resorts known as the Great Vacations Club (GVC). This is the final step before you are I signed the contract November 28, 2006. This hotel belongs to Royal Holiday. Beware, they will try to sell you a membership. Research Royal Holiday before going on your vacation to a Park Royal hotel in Mexico. I booked flight tickets three month ahead of my trip from Expedia.com. Without any notification, they changed one of my flights from one stop to two stops and added three hours longer fly. We found this out only days before our trip when we were checking the trip info from the website. We have to call them many times. I recently purchased 300 count vitamin C chewable tablets from sams club, upon inspecting the ingredients I was shocked to find these health supplements contain the sweetener ASPARTAME, yes I realize ASPARTAME is much cheaper than other sweeteners, It is also a proven poison. It has caused cancer in laboratory animals. Its very scary when you buy something for your families health and it has this crap in it. I will spread the word. RCI called early one morning, 1/07, to tell me my membership had expired 9/06 due to my previous payment, made over a year before, [paying it through 2009] being rejected by my credit card company. Arriving at Flagstaff at 3AM, the bus cleaners helped themselves to over $300 from my wallet, which had fallen onto my seat when disembarking in order for the bus to be "serviced". The Bluebay Club used very high pressure & deceptive means to convince me to sign a contract to buy one of their timeshares. The contact is clear that if I cancel within 5 days I will be refunded and money I paid to them. Based in Melbourne, I booked tickets online at www.jetairways.com for BKK-CCU-BKK sector and due to the error of Jetairways online booking system, which didn't confirm the first booking, ended up with duplicate booking for the same sector. This is the motel just outside of St. Augustine. It was filthy with mold in the bathroom Tub, Holes in the blanket,Hole in the Screen. They did not clean the room until we complained and we had no satisfaction. This was the so-called suite room 206. The management was not responsive and I found that this is was the worst place I have ever stayed. The bill was over 475 for 4 nights and it was worth nothing. I am surprised that they can get away with this in Florida, where I would expect that they have periodic inspections. I will not stay at a Comfort Inn again. read full review »

The manager of this hotel has not business being in the customer service field she was rude blew me off when I complained about the noise and told me it was just the way things were at that hotel. We stayed at this motel a few weeks ago on our way home from the south. The reception area looked very nice and seemed well heated. The charge was $80+ for a room. We rented a room and when we got to the room there was no heat. The man said to give it a few hours and it would get warm. Apparently none of the rooms in that motel are heated - they don't turn any heat on even in the dead of winter and it remains that way until a customer arrive to rent the room. I called NWA WorldPerks number 3 times a few weeks ago and gave up. I first had to answer many questions to "an automated system" which sometimes immediately disconnected me because my answer was not recognizable or audible.
