The prices were really good (RED FLAG!), but my inventory budget for January was depleted so I needed to wait (Thank God!). While waiting I discovered she wasn't one of the people I had contacted. Horrible customer service. I tried to purchase a DPMS ar-15 upper 20" barrel 1-9" twist. They sent me a 1-8" twist. When I asked them they said that price and specs are subject to change with out notice. I told them that I didn't feel this is a spec difference, that they show different twist for different products. Anyway I sent the upper back they said it would take 24-48 hours. It has been 5 day's. Terrible...for someone who is suppose to know guitars this outfit is either incapable of selling guitars or is extremely dishonest in their dealings. I received a guitar that was suppose to be in excellent condition with no issues to find out when I received the guitar it had a crack in the soundboard and the bridge had been shaved about 1/8" to 1/4". D&DSuppliers said items were back ordered for two months, then they cancelled order with a refund...only I never got the refund. They string you along for over 45 days then do this so you can't challenge it with PayPal. PayPal said they had no funds from D&DSuppliers to refund. All contact info for D&DSuppliers is also bogus. Almost every week I enter the Walgreens feedback survey website and complete the survey. But today, April 13, 2011, the www.walgreensfeedback.com is not available. When you type in the address, you are re-directed to another page that has a list of other websites, but not the survey site listed on the walgreens receipt. This is very deceiving.
