I ordered 35 external batteries from gogo power.com and have run into some problems with them. They are apparently covered by a year warranty. However, I have been trying to return them for 3 weeks now. I have emailed at least 6 times with no response. The website says they respond to emails promptly. After I bought a Blackberry, I realize the phone was coming from China. I know immediately, the phone might be refurbished or fake. When the Blackberry curve arrived, it doesn't charge. I changed a new battery and a different charger, the phone still doesn't charge. Wrote to customer service, got no response. Went on live chat, the CS only offered to send me another charger which wasn't the problem. When I insist I wanted to refund, they ignored me.
