I just ordered and received a zip up sweat shirt from them, it was a link from my school (Academy of Art University) paid $38. I am sorry, but it was worth maybe $5. The logo print was smeared and VERY faded. I wore it a few times and washed it. The phone ordering of the product was a nightmare. The so called "Customer Care" Team was a pain after refusing additional add ons twice. they asked again. I wanted the product so I went along. Took down the 30 day cancellation numbers. Cancellation was a nightmare as well. The phones were always tied up and e-mail replys were non responsive. I regret purchasing the product. This company didn't send the product in the 3 - 5 weeks stated but in 8 weeks. They didn't give me my $15 referral credit for 4 months. Currently I am waiting for a pair of shoes, 7 weeks.
