A Cisco Valet was bought, worked with one computer, when trying to add another computer, it would not work. It in fact locked us out of other two computers. Called Cisco support, they had me to remove Quicktime, said I would need to reload later. Internet worked but when trying to access Quicktime, it is not compatable. Another call to Cisco, went through worker who said they were not trained in Quicktime but they could but me in touch with provider who could walk me through a solution to my problem for 32.95. I just checked my checking account and found that a $1000 has been taken from my savings account. Feb 17th I recieved a call from this company to recheck my computer. I had this done about a month ago. He asked if I recieved my $35 back from before and I told him no. He took control of my computer and went to the Western Union site and said that was how I was going to get my money back. I had 6 things on my statement. I called Western Union and they told me I would get some money back, which I did get $300.
