I was on Ebay, when a pop up came in that appeared to be part of Ebay, they didn't mention that it was a separate co., or that they were going to take $75.00 from my account. When it was the last second for the auction, whenever someone would bid, instead of the 15 seconds (this was late at night) that they were supposed to add, it would be 40, 50 seconds, numbers that were not even multiples of 15, it just looked random, and this went on for several hours, it looked like they were just adding the charges, and waiting for someone or waiting for something like the amount would get to a certain number, It just didn't look kosher to me at all. read full review »

What they do is give a trading power to your home resort, which in my case was nearly the lowest power it had, and give the one I was seeking nearly the highest available.
