All I got was a hundred calls for insurance quotes and was never allowed to purchase the ipod. Don't do it. When I called I was informed that it was a non USA camera but a import intended for the asian market. The site suggests they have a high payout rate. Their comparison chart shows spot rates under their name versus competitors Jan 1st 2010 rates. This implies they pay the posted spot rate. They do not disclaim. When you ask by email if that is true they do not respond. They can not be reached by phone. They do warn not to buy from any one who does not post rates.
