They said to be patient. I waited 2 more weeks and contacted them again. They claim to not have not ever had made a deal with me even when I sent my account submission ID and proof of transaction. I bought a Motorola H5 bluethooth headset and what they sent me was a fake headset. I put in a dispute with paypal and these charlatans sent me an email to return the item for a full refund. The item has been returned to them for over a month now and they never sent my money back. I sent them several emails and I got no answer. Filthy Swine. You submit the ISN of a book, and list the condition of it, and are then quoted a price. You ship the book to them, and they pay you up to 90% less than the price quoted.
