I have now 4 contracts with Vodacom. I have ported from MTN to Vodacom and entered into this new contract o 3o July 2010. Within the first 7 days I had to take back my Samsung phone because it did not work properly- phone freezes and hangs - had to take out the battery to get it rebooted. After the 3rd phone was handed in twice for "repairs" the phone is still not working properly. Company located in 36 High Street, Grahamstown, RSA, phone no. +27 791 615 958, e-mail [email protected], claimed to transport a private shipment (total weight 23 g.) for 900 Rand from South Africa to Israel in very short terms, but then claimed an insurance of twice that price that would be returned to me upon delivery. After a presentation we joined Travel quest. We only had access to the website 6 weeks after signing up. We realized that the concept was not what they pretended it to be. We tried to cancel but the 5 day cool off period already expired. Since we paid for the service I tried to make bookings with no success. I kept copies of all my e mails When we instructed them to stop our Stop order at Standard Bank, they refused. I am so dissapointed!!! This was the first and last time I will ever buy through dial a bed and I will tell EVERYONE I know why! On the 29 Septemner I ordered my bed and was told as soon as I make my payment, my bed will be delivered. I drove all the way to our closest town, 60km, that same day to make my payment so that I can receive my bed asap. I was let know that they had a stock issue and that I will receive my bed by that weekend (1 Oct). I took two policies with Sanlam in June 2009 they were suppose to deduct from my bank account but they never did, in January 2010 back from my annual leave I saw deductions from my salary I immediately contacted the call centre & was told that the policy was never taken so I was told to fax a covering letter, ID copy, bank statement in order to get a refund, they will stop the deductions of which I did.Up until now my money is deducted & everytime I call they tell me to do the same thing. The answer they sent me was wrong - when I had asked the question, I had included information about what solutions DID NOT WORK, and their solution was to do what hadn't worked before. I would like to complain about services provided by the company Grindrod Travel, in particular by their Johannesburg office. A simple request to please provide a quote for a 3 nights stay in Kruger National Park gave no response within a week. After a week a consultant -Emilene- sends a response that she can not provide this information as rates are not released in foreign currency (noone requested any foreign currency quotes). I have been to Key Pinetown to have my rear brakes replaced in march 2010. The drums were skimmed and new linings were put in. But i have been having a problem ever since, Apparently Key Pinetown uses a sub contracting company called Brakewell to repare and replace braking systems on all vehicles sent to them. My problem is that there is a distinctivly loud noise and whining sound that could wake up the dead caused by the 'new' brakes that were put in. On the 4th of September 2010 I submitted my phone to Vodacare (Hatfield), Pretoria, to be repaired. 1 Time Airline got my flight details backwards. Sifiso at the airport admitted that the booking Agent Muwelo booked me flying from Cape Town to Durban and returning from Durban to Cape Town, when my booking was the other way around. I lost 4 hours at work, incurred food and beverage and transport costs. They also had the nerve to charge me an extra R600 ..they refused to give me a receipt for this R600?? My husband was employed by Protea Coin, Port Elizabeth for a period of two years. He resigned at the end of July, and is still waiting for his papers for the provident fund. We have send numerous sms's in this regard to his direct supervisor to no avail. My issue with Voyager arose when i needed to pay airport tax for a flight which i had acquired through their award point system. They asked me to pay by credit card to which i replied that i do not have one. The consultant then advised me to go to the airport to pay there, I was informed that this option would cost R200 extra. I took in my car for its 60 000km service. The dealer adviced me to change the timebelt at this time. I did as adviced. When I went to pick up my car I noticed that it stuggeld to go into gear. Ampersant Rentals (Mrs Amy Willers) is the agency I used to rent my property in Sasolburg. The only requirement I have for a new tenant is that a full deposit should be paid before the tenant can occupy the property. I this case Mrs Willers confirmed more than once that the tenant did pay a full deposit (R2500) like it says on the signed contract and she moved in. The tenant did not pay her last months rent before she moved but Mrs Willers confirmed that the R2500 deposit will be paid to me in full. Why is it that every time I travel with KLM, I am left with damaged baggage ?
