I entered into a Purchase and Sale agreement with a pre-qualified purchaser who wants to buy my house. We requested a Payoff amount from the lender EMC. Normally, the bank or servicer will provide a payoff figure w/in a couple days. This company has not after 60 days. They don't return phone messages. Telephone calls are mysteriously disconnected. I know it sounds unbelievable. I ordered a wallpaper mural from these people, and when my installer (a professional handyman) tried to install the first panel, the paint and paper came off. When I called the company, their "sales manager", Dan, was rude, abusive, condescending, and arrogant to both my installer and me. Their instructions say different things in different places, and are very misleading. The company offered no refund or replacement, and refused to stand behind their product. Yesterday I signed up for localnet..the lady never said that it was a dial up company..she also said the I could cancel @ anytime... While I would agree that this firm's juicer machine is amazing, all will be well till you need a spare part if the drum or drum cap crack in use under warranty. I bought 2 curly full lace wigs from Jeffrey . When I received the hair it was very dry, shedded, really deep fried hair. The lace quality was really bad. I recently took my high end Tag Heuer watch to have my battery replaced. Because it is a 100 meter divers watch, I had to pay more to make sure the watch was pressurized to make sure it was still water proof. I was the unfortunate victim of the Housing Bubble and FIled for a Shortsale in July 2010. My Mortgage had a 1st and a 2nd. The first was with BofA and the Second was with Navy Federal Navy Federal was unwilling to negotiate because Bof A was not going to give Navy Fed its fair shale of the reduced sale. This insurance company takes money out of your bank account without authorization. I paid my husbands insurance last month and they went into my account an took another payment on 7-4-11 and again on 7-11-11 to the tune on $510 in total!!! I called and complained and they said I authorized auto payment when I paid online..^#^$%&*%* bastards had no right! They only agreed to refund $80!! The Colorado Property Management Group flat out lied to me and my family, and basically robbed us of our hard-earned money. I was told by the rep in charge of my case that our property in Brackenridge would be rented throughout the 2010/2011 season. They did NOT even list our property on their site, and therefore just kept our listing fees.
