Their accounting department does not know that we have cancelled our account 4-5 months ago, and yet we still receive threatening email to pay our past due balance. I have recived an outragous bill. I was never advised that when I changed my service to a different type that I had to pay for almost two months in advance. During the time that I changed my service for two months I have had overages. This is somthing I never had before. I had change before but was advised I did not need that many minutes.
