Bought a King size Estate Sterns and Foster mattress fro Mattress King. It was delivered and set up Friday afternoon. Installed the special mattress cover recommended by Mattress King and made the bed. I lay down on it on the side that I normally sleep (I am 6 feet tall and weigh 185 pounds). Marc Tow acting as Escrow officer took my deposit of funds for the purchase of Cleveland foreclosures and then did not properly hold the money until the real estate transaction was complete. In fact it's now July 2011 and the original transaction was in 2008 and the property has still not been delivered nor has the funds been returned due to default. I was informed in a recorded phone message on July 9, 2011 that a technician would be at my home between 8 and 11 a.m. on July 12 to install a part that had previously been ordered and was in my possession. I was called to change my gas service to spark and same a minimum of 8% off my gas bill. I signed up in anticipation of the savings. The first month I saved 8% the second month I save 13%, so I was satisfied that they were charging as I had anticipated. The following three months I did not check my bill. I am at this time in the hospital and have been for the past two weeks. I noticed a problem with the television I am renting from TVR Communications. They sent up a very nice rep. named Miasha who unplugged the TV then plugged it back. This was a temporary fix. I hired this moving company to transfer a queen sized hospital bed from one private residence to another (my own residence). Upon arrival for the pickup of the bed and matress, the move went rather well but the person who sold the bed to me was shocked to hear the language of the owner, Abe, while he and his helper loaded their truck. I want my money back - I have used the automated call number to cancel the subscription, but there was no way to get a human on the line - like customer service. My internet went out on July 01, 2011 with Time Warner. I use Majic jack as my phone through the internet and netflix to watch tv shows and movies through the internet of Time Warner. I had to use my net10 prepaid cell to call them to report the out and had to wait 30 minutes to talk to someone at time warner to report the problem. Had hired Tracey who runs the business Dazzerlin Dusters in Leicester for my house to be cleaned professionally as I was letting it out. The house was nowhere cleaned and one could scoop the dust. The grease was still on the exhauset fan in the kitchen and on cupboards. The PVC was as it is.
