Ross Splitt rented a property from me in Morrison, CO. He was consitantly late on rent, and did not pay for the last two months of rent. He had to be evicted. He installed ceiling fans incorrectly and made holes in the walls and ceiling. He partially and painted the property and did a poor job. His dogs destoryed the basement by unrinating and ripping down wall coverings. He left the backyard full of a ridiculous amount of dog feces. He also left the house trashed. There was enough trash to fill a 30 yard dumpster. I've had several private eyes come by the property looking for him. Do not rent to this man! read full review »

After being prompted to us Ontrac Shipping by a delivery person, I decided to try it for my west coast shipping needs. I shipped a small box but once it was scanned it showed as an envelope. I was told it was a type o and gave it no more thought until it was lost. This was a high dollar shipment . Ontrac said they would return it and never did, then they said file a claim, I did then they denied the claim. Now they are refusing to talk to me. I have a number of health issues, some are serious.Prescott va is notorious for poor service and the lack of followup.EVEN THOUGH I HAVE SERVICE CONNECTED PROBLEMS I WILL BE FORCED TO GET OUTSIDE TREATMENT. Absolutely horrible!!! We reserved a 7 seat wagon for an early pick up well in advance. At checkout(930AM because they opened late), it took two hours even though they had everything on file (the attendant was talking to her friends on the phone). Mike Lavanga claims on his website to be a top ebay seller, but the truth is he has been permanently banned from selling on ebay because of his scams. His website also claims membership in the American Numismatic Association which is also untrue because I called them and asked. I was very disappointed by the quality of a 1st Communion dress I purchased from them which I had ordered online. For my $120 I received a wrinkled dress with the beading falling off, with unfinished sleeves that had strings hanging. It was very unlike the beautiful photo on their slick website. They have a no return policy and according to the packing info I received they warn, "please be advised that our return policy is strictly enforced and we will not tolerate demanding emails or phone calls for refunds". Over the last month I have been looking for space to put my studio and gallery... I drove by this warehouse district in Ft. Lauderdale called FAT Village, which apparently stands for Flagler Arts and Technology Village. After calling the number on the sign I spoke with the landlord Doug McCraw and saw one of the smaller spaces. I took my '87 Porsche to this garage recently and was appalled at the terrible, dishonest RUDE service I received! I don't enjoy being treated like a "*** dame" as they referred to me. East Point has managed our apartment complex since before I moved almost 10 years ago. I went to Vespia's on Rt18 in East Brunswick with a coupon I won for a free oil change. I was told that I needed: 2 new tires, my air filter was so dirty that I needed to flush the system, I needed new front and rear brakes totally over $1500.00. I refused all except replacing air filter. I took the car the very next day to the dealer and told them that Vespia said my brakes are 95% gone. I received a call from dealer that my brakes are fine. My wife and I recently had a horrible experience with Premiere Productions and it's operator Maria Cook. I strongly advise all brides and couples to stay clear of Premiere Productions Inc. They'll ask for as much money as they can get upfront for vendors and fees. Dr. Gary Tylock is literally the worst doctor I have ever seen. He didn't take my concerns or questions seriously. He seemed unfriendly and distracted. The eye exam he gave me at Gary Tylock Laser Center was not thorough. He answered a personal cell phone call during my exam! He did nothing to inspire my confidence.
