In 1989, I owned a home in Moreno Valley, CA. I had an ADT account for the full house security system, one day I had received a call while out with my family at a movie theater, that my alarm had went off. When I had gotten home I was told by the alarm company that they had to enter my home through the upstaris window through my daughters room to see if there were any intruders in my home. I was told that no intruders were found. Later on I was advised that an investigation was being performed on myself and that the ADT Security Company was there when the law enforcement officers were ilegally searching my home. read full review »

When I got my ATT/DirecTV bundle I was "guaranteed" a price for two years. HAH! After 7 months my rates went up. I complained and was told, point blank, "Find another provider". So I did. Then I got slammed with over $400.00 of early termination fees, paid them and they say I still owe them another $50.00. This is after the already said I had over-paid and sent me a $24.00 refund. I have a lost dog this company said would find the dog for $175.00 or no charge, sent $100.00 deposit and arranged to meet at location the dog went missing the next morning, no one turned up, no one called and they do not answer the phone anymore. Money was sent by Western Union and I have confirmation that the money was recieved.

Worst customer service ever. Seriously, the worst. In my time on earth I have never delt with a company that is as rude as this one is. My service was disconnected yesterday. I have lived at my apartment for three months, and in those three months I have NEVER recieved a bill from CenterPoint. My husband and I booked a reservation at the Comfort Suites on September 14, 2010 for king suite @114.99 per night for arrival on August 26th and departure on August 28th of 2011 and received a confirmaiton.
