2 months ago I was charged 15.00 on my ATT bill by these people. I called and they said they would cancel the service and refund the charge. I recently purchased a pair of Middletown Gray/Purple shoes by Zoo York from Kohls. The shoes are clearly labeled "Skate Shoes" in the shoe section, but after skating in them for about 30 seconds, a hole ripped in the side and cut my foot open. Day before yesterday, May 26th 2011 I was forced to call the support hotline at Toshiba since I was unable to find an email address or live online support for my new laptop. The technician to whom I spoke promised to send me an email detailing how to do what I needed to do. I never received the message. Purchased vehicle for my pregnant wife and dealer stated car was in exceptional condition. The next day, the vehicles air bag light came on and would not go off. Somebody gave them my number as their number or somebody just got the number wrong and they started calling my house. They have a automated system so there is a recording when you answer you can't tell them they have the wrong number. You have to call back to an automated system and wait on hold.
