The first interview lasts about 5 minutes, the second is basically a long day of free labor with a sketchy "employee" going around to businesses and bothering them while they work. I called transmission king in Loganville, ga. and told them my van transmission was slipping in 3rd gear and I was told by the owner Chuck to bring the van there and they would check it out for free and call me with the problem and price to fix it. Had a water pump put in my vehicle at the Old Bridge location. They misdiagnosed the problem (it was not the water pump). One year and less than 10, 000 miles later, I had an antifreeze leak and broke down. I had the nearest repair shop fix it. It turned out to be, the water pump and a new one was put in. It must be illegal to say that the item was "previously offered at", or "was", or all of the other terms they use to now offer the item at the "sale" price when it never was priced at the "original" price.
