This gym is horrible and only keeps getting worse. The staff here is probably at its worse since I started my membership years ago. THe equipment is always defective. If you are a female you must bring in your free weights because they keep everything locked up and only have 10lbs available if you have them hold your Id when you are using them. I went in to take blood and the technician was so horrible that I told her I wasn't comfortable with letting her touch me. She was rude, she ripped my paperwork, she was asking for things listed on the paperwork which I thought was the reason I was at the lab. Made a payment in Feb., to the Jacob Law Collection Group in MS. It is a past due Walmart account. Bal., was $480 (ish). Called last night 3/3, to make another payment. Was THEN informed the agency charges a $20!! EACH time processing for the payment that comes out of our checking account and 24.99%. I checked the letter they sent me stating my balance and confirmation of last months payment, NO WHERE does it say anything about a processing fee. I offered to send a money order, they said NO. R&L required a $250 deposit then half of the total estimated cost PRIOR to moving. I faxed 2 separate credit card authorizations, one for the deposit and one for $1300 to cover the rest of the half. When it was delivered, they put pieces together incorrectly and they collapsed, but to top it off, they damaged my wall and carpet. In June 2010, I brought my car into this facility for a relatively small job. Another driver gave me a bad scuff on my passenger side rear door. My car was at Mountain View for a week. They work closely with a rental car company, so when you come to pick up your car, you just drop the rental vehicle off right at the autobody shop. My husband purchased a pair of cross earrings a year ago from the above establishment, I could'nt wear them because the backs were too loose... so we returned them about 2 months ago, and they gave us another new pair with tighter backs... I love Prodex Insulation: I bought a lot. I have insulated over ½ my attic with it. I also bought the double stick tape from Insulation4Less along with the foil tape.
