This company keeps withdrawing money from our account automatically the first of each month .Our bank is unable to stop the transaction. We never subscribed to this savings discount club and do not even know what it is. Our bank stopped the last withdrawal and this month the company just changed the name and did it again. Bought 5 year plan for a coch purchased at nebraska furniture mart. Had 4 1/2 years got a stain called Gaurdsman they sent all kindsof paper to fill out sent that back in. Western Dental is like a bad auto mechanic. Once they get you in there they try to get as much money out of you and your insurance as possible. I went in for a routine cleaning. I cancelled my service b-4 it was even installed and money was taken out of my acct. This company has the most horrible customer service. Our employer switched our plan to this company. My wife had to cancel appointments since their computers showed no coverage. Fake DVDs - I stupidly bought Lost Complete Season 5 from these people at a cost of £24.99 (so not cheap!). The web site offers products and potential income to unsuspecting people but fail to tell you about the low income, if any, is predominantly the case. I have read reports that this company has been ordered to pay a large sum of money in costs etc, and will be ordered to pay compensation to a number of complainants at a later date. I have listened to a conference call made by this company and it doesn't tell you about add on costs, only the initial low cost to join. I made an order, and then realized I couldn't print a receipt no matter how many times I tried. I called the number listed on the web site and it does not work. The address is a p.o. box. Although there are links, there are no policies or refund or shipping notices. My gut thought it was weird the site asked for my birthdate, yet I provided it anyway. This shouldn't even be necessary. Having been a customer for more than ten years, I missed a single payment when I moved due to a mail mixup. They cancelled the policy. They don't make it easy to re-instate. And they make it very clear they don't plan to help in any way during the process. For example, they don't return phone calls. When I spoke with someone on the phone they typically knew almost nothing about the status of my reinstatement form. Apparently a mysterious division that can't be reached by phone handles the process. Any firm that is this hard to deal with probably doesn't pay claims without a fight. read full review »
