I agreed to purchase a vehicle from this place after they agreed to fix the rear a/c, the rear brakes, and several other things. Instead of ordering a lugnut key, they broke off the locked lugnuts to do brake job. I know this because the owner told me they did. In doing so they broke one of the $400 wheels. They said they have no idea what I am talking about. They also did not fix the a/c. Their so called master mechanic only rigged it to work until 2 hours after I drove off the lot. I thought that getting a Dish Network HD DVR means to get all available HD channels, not only the local HD channels. Why do customers have to do this unnecessary step? I bought a "01" 2500HD Silverado to replace the 1990 half ton Jimmy I used to pull my camper because we planned to upgrade to a fifth wheel. The truck is only driven in the summer months, has never seen snow, used almost only for pulling our camper, and had only 28, 328 miles on the original factory installed tires (Firestone)which I always check the tire pressure before a trip. My vehicle was not really dirty but it had some water spots on the windows so I decided to run it through the wash and get the express service so I could keep the costs down and not have to be concerned with tipping the people outside who normally wipe the car down after it goes through the wash. These guys are horrible! They damaged both of my vehicles (2011 Toyota Sienna and 2001 Hyundai Sonata) transporting them from North Carolina to Oregon resulting in over $1400 in damage. It took 51 days of me calling and writing before they finally told me that they weren't going to pay for any of the damages they caused. So unethical!
