A Truely unforgettable experience unfortunately. Called to order pizzas for childs party was put on hold for the entire 10 mile drive down to parlor. Walked in and was laughed at for still being on hold. 30 minutes later was given three pizzas that were left in oven til uneatable. fed the 4 years old grill cheese sandwiches because crust was so burnt they couldn't chew it. At least they enjoyed the sandwiches, $20 bucks and 20 mile drive there and back lost. Boy are their new comercials BULLCR*P!!! Never again, Faith Lost!!! MGC Mortgage has applied $6, 032.00 to our Loan for Hazard Insurance which we already have - each time we send them information regarding Hazard Insurance for some reason it's Cancelled by that Insurance Company. We have $2, 900 in Escrow to pay for our Taxes at the end of the year and now they have stolen it - they have our Escrow Account in the negative of apprximate $4, 800.00. I am so tired of this - we have been going back in forth with them regarding Monthly Statements - they don't even apply the mortgage to the account until... read full review »

Air Jordan 12&13 Mix-8
sara002 September 27, 2010
I ordered a pair of Air Jordan 12&13 Mix-8 ($98.99 paid through PayPal) from airjordanclub.com and was sent a completely different pair of Basketball shoes. The only way I could contact them was finding an email address and asked them for the their address so I could return them for the correct pair. They insisted it was too expensive to ship them back and if I wanted to pay ANOTHER $60.00, they would send the correct pair but first if I would be so kind as to send a picture of the right pair...huh????? All I want is my money back and to be able to return the wrong pair. read full review »

The property was returned in pristine condition and he has refused to return our security or respond to any of our phone calls or emails. He's a thief. Do not rent this property. VRBO has allowed him to turn off feedback so that renters can become future victoms of his scam. Beware. read full review »

The absolute worst customer service I have EVER recieved in my life! As a military spouse that moves frequently I ensured when I signed up that if we move somewhere there is no gym that I coulod cancel my membership. Premier would not live up to that and made the process to cancel so rediculious that you have to cut off your right arm and submit a blood sample to ensure you are who you say you are. They lost my paperwork and then tried to tell me it was my fault. I resubmitted my paperwork to cancel and then they charged me additional late... read full review »

Greg Phipps September 27, 2010
Kimberly the manager was very rude when trying to explain a problem I had and not willing to take further steps to help me in the problem I currently have with 5/3 bank. I have been with5/3 bank over 10 years. I recently found out that I have been charged $5 a month in my savings account. I had no idea that a $5 charge was given for a savings account that was less than a $200 balance. I was recently told that there is a higher interest savings account that does not give a charge at all. I do not understand why this was never offered when I... read full review »

Hydrogenx Savefuel SL50 HHO generator
Swiggia September 27, 2010
It's wonderful when a product you took a leap of faith to buy breaks without you causing it to, and you cannot contact the company to repair it. I bought the SL50 from Savefuel.ca, and people be warned, you NEED an EFIE to make it work at least. It was not cheap to have both units installed, and it is NOT EASY TO INSTALL unless you know a lot about electronics already, and who does? Erg, this stuff is kinda boiling up. It's been a real pain to get this thing working. The unit worked before, but without the EFIE, i got worse mileage... read full review »

4/9/2010: I ordered a much needed supplement from eVitaminStore and had it shipped to our Postal Store. I accidentally listed our Post Office Box as 326 instead of 328. That combined with the fact the order was placed using my maiden name, confused the store clerk and he returned the product. 19 email correspondences and at least 3 voice mails took place between eVitaminStore and me attempting to get tracking, and a reshipment (even offering to pay for the shipping) up until July 15th. Recently attended a wedding at this place, which was very nice, but watched the manager be rude to the guests and verbally complain loudly to the her help about being 'way over count' and continue to complain through the reception about being understaffed. Really unnecessary. When I spoke with the bride later she expressed her disappointment at the manager's behavior and incompetence at being able to handle the event. The manager kept coming to bother the bride with her complaints during the evening. It was as if the manager had never done this before. ...strange. Perhaps a different manager might help the place. read full review »
