I have an auto loan with wachovia and my ex fell behind on her payments. They never contacted me and are now trying to repo my car and hold me liable. I have talked with them two days in a row trying to pay and get caught up and all they keep doing is being rude and not assisting me at all. They kept making promises and made us jump through hoops to get them the information and never gave us our money back. It was $14000 in US dollars. We emailed and phoned numerous times and could never speak to an owner or manager. Also they kept sending us promotional materials and sales flyers for years afterward. We have been doing business with Bank Midwest for several years, but in the past few months, I have noticed a trend that makes me want to *** my money out of the bank and do business elsewehere. I returned a slipcover that was a terrible product - very thin fabric that did not conceal the original love seat fabric. I placed a portion of the slipcover over the love seat and quickly removed the slipcover. I then packaged the slip cover and returned it in its original package. SureFit claims that there was pet hair on the product - the product was clean and in resealable condition when it was returned. I called and the company representative has refused to give a refund for the cost of this truly inferior product. Slow to provide service for mobility equipment they are under contract to provide for handicapped people. Preferred Home Care (PHC) mobility equipment department is extremely slow to provide service, or the use of a loaner, for equipment they are under contract to support. We arrived a-half hour early. Called as soon as we landed and were ready to be picked up. Left messages that were never returned. After multiple calls I spoke with a dispatcher and was told we booked a pick-up at 9:45PM, we still were not picked up until 10:20PM. The dispatcher simply kept insisting that some one would be coming-"shortly!" We actually waited 1 hour and 40 mins. from the original call.
