21 March 2009 I moved into a townhouse to rent, managed by Douglas Drysdale Real Estate. Subsequently I requested an additional remote for the complex entrance and garage. The first year they were decent, so I signed up for a second year. In this second year service has dropped 90%. I got a handwritten not from my son detailing the times he sent me a letter via VFI. They only sent one of his messages out of 5. I tried contacting them but they refuse to answer all 4 of my emails and today I called but I don't think they will respond either. Adison Highschool claims that they are located in Houston, Texas. I called the Texas Department of Education and they personally told me that this school is not accredited with the U.S. Department of Education. Driving Dynamics was invited to our motor show this week at no cost, and have just cancelled with me about a hour ago. They would display some of their cars and have a advance driving course for the shoppers as a added value. Worst of it is he did not even phone me himself he got his secretary to cancel with me. This was advertised on all my mediums (again at no charge to Driving Dynamics). I just feel that this is totally unprofessional to cancel an event the day before it starts. I filled out an application for a different company but this PDL resources started taking $17.97 nearly a year ago. Due to misscommunication with my bank it took this long to get a phone number for them. The bank also was able to get a reference number for me.These withdrawals are all electronic debits with phony check numbers. Until recently I bought Huletts Sugalite which is a product that replaces sugar in baking for those of us who cannot use sugar. Keystone tree and stump service came to my home to cut down my trees. They did not clean up when they were done cutting down my trees i had large branches laying around my yard wood chips were everywhere they even got them in my pool. While they were doing their work they scratched my siding so bad i had to spend money to replace it. I purchased a phone set at your Shawnee store. Set doesn't work well so I attempted to return it to KCK Walmart. Despite having a receipt, the Walmart in Kansas City, Ks would not accept return because a clearance item and not in their computer. I saw an advertisement on computer to bid free on items. Then they told me to enter my credit card number so I could join the club. I assumed it was free. After entering it, it said the charge was $150. I immediately closed the window. Now they are charging my credit card without permission. My card has been charged for two months at $18.95 each. I don't even know what this is and did not sign up for anything. I would like a refund and no further charges from my card. ARS-American Residential Services - charges an exorbitant 'parts' charge rather than time and materials. They replaced a capacitor and relay and charged my 87 yo mother $681 and then tried to sell her a new unit to boot. Stay away from these guys! Use a company that charges time and materials. With ARS, you'll get a novice repair man with incentives to put in parts you don't need. The more parts, the higher the cost (like $300 for a $20 capacitor!). On Sunday August 8th, my AC stopped working. On a recommendation from a neighbor, we called A#1 Air to have them look at it. We were told that our compressor was seized & needed to be replaced. We were told that due to the change in the type of Freon that was approved for new systems in 2010, it would be more economical to replace the entire system rather than just the compressor.
