Company did nothing they promised to do. Showed up a day late for pick-up with the wrong size truck. Promised to deliver within 2 days took them 9. Gave me not to exceed estimate, final bill on less items moved than quoted was over twice the estimate. My daughter enrolled in Bowen after school care (BASCP) program this May. We have paid two months of tuition total $1386+$75(registration fee) months before the first day of school. Then our family financial situation changed for the worse due to unemployment. Therefore we concluded that we could not afford to send our child to the program. I cannot tell you how disappointed I am at this so called “school.” I went International Academy of Design & Technology-Chicago & I am one of the few people who are lucky enough to get out of this place before they bankrupt me. Central Security Groups gets you to buy a 3 year contract and then through some creative wording they trick you into being stuck into a contract eternally unless you cancel service in exacly the last month of your contract (3 years later when you have no chance of remembering). Your contract automatically renews with no notice and you enter the cycle again unless you remember the next year 30 days prior to cancel. I had a digital camera and was having trouble getting the mini CD to load the software. I call the 877 number on the CD. The technicial support rep asked me for the serial number on the CD. They sent me a link for the software. I noticed the serial number was off by one number. They assured me it was the correct driver for my camera. May 25, 2010 I was automatically charged a renewal of the Rand McNally Road Explorers annual memberhsip. June 3, 2010 I was informed the membership was cancelled because they were closing the program. I called and was told I would get a refund. I have emailed 3 times and was told I would get a refund shortly after July 15th. It is now Sept 8, 2010 and I have not received my refund nor does their site provide a phone number to call. I hired this company, Kings Realty Brandon, to manage /rent out my house which was only a year old and in mint condition. They sent me a completely bogus bill for over $3000 for repairs. Changed all the light bulbs, fixed things that were not broken. They did not contact me at all about when I might receive a payment. They are terrible crooks. I paid over $400 to clean all the carpets and even the grout right before I left. They hired someone else to do it again and charged me. The list goes on. I am currently seeking legal advice. My mother previously paid the outstanding by cheque, however they made a mistake... and never say why and what and how... the credit account shown a insufficient fund for the payment. I am trying to get some satisfaction after having numerous repairs on this gas range and now the oven door is warped and will not shut! NOTHING is worth the grief XM radio subjects its customers to. XM has a very creative billing procedure. You'll get random bills for a variety of packages you don't want in time increments that don't make sense. Their billing statements are obtuse and purposefully obfuscatory. We have been charged since October 2009 for "The RecipeSquad". First of all I have never heard of it until I noticed it on my Verizon Bill. They did forward everything to me that they said I enrolled. I did not enroll. I am an old lady on a fixed income and have 1000's of recipes.
