My alarm system starting having false alarms on a regular basis. It would randomly go off in the middle of the night. I contacted Apex for service. A technical support person walked me through several tests on the keypad. He said everything was testing okay. DO NOT rent from this company. They refuse to make repairs to rental properties and after renting from them for two years they tried to keep our security deposit for no reason other than they wanted it. They actually created fake damage and made accusations of that were completely unfounded. During the showings before we moved their agents did completely racial profiling. We agree with all the other complaints against IMS. Moreover we enrolled on a website promising low commission fees, no specific contract. After a couple of transactions we got a charge of $174. Worst part is that their online statement shows zero fees all time.
