We ordered a boxed set of Northern Exposure seasons 1-6 from this company. We received the dvd's in about 3 weeks. We were suprised when they came in paper wrappers inside VHS tape boxes. We received 35 discs. The first one started out as usually, being able to choose episodes, etc. However, the first dvd froze up; second one same thing. Then we noticed they had a tv channel emblem in the bottom right corner, like Hallmark, A&E, etc. Oh, Country Cananda was another emblem. Twice, novelbox.com overcharged me on a published price on their website and is again, making me wait a month to receive a measly $4 refund. The second time, I personally spoke with the owner, Moshe, who assured me, that if I took the back-order, that he would honor the published price. It has been almost a month now, and I have left a message, written two emails, and finally said, if you don't issue the refund, I'm charging it back. My wife recently sent out a FedEx envelope on our business account and the airbill was plainly marked that it was a FedEx envelope and that it weighed 3ozs. When we were invoiced for it FedEx overcharged us and indicated on the invoice that it was sent by "Customer Packaging" and it weighed 1.0lbs, 0.5kgs. When I contacted Customer Service they were not at all interested in our discussion and simply stated that our package was audited and therefore we were wrong. I hired this company, Kings Realty in Brandon, Florida to manage /rent out my house which was only a year old and in mint condition. I had to move out of state for my job. They sent me a completely bogus bill for over $3000 for repairs. Changed all the light bulbs, fixed things that were not broken. Our company has done several jobs for NBS. They required their contractors to sumbmitt a lot of paperwork with store stamps ect as well as REQUIRE you mail the origionals. Mr. Rooter plumbing in Cincinnati replaced the entire underground pipe in our house. They finally showed up after a day despite committing the work an hour form the call, and the entire team including the leader could not figure out how to take the leaking pipe out !
