I was on line trying to obtain a payday loan which was denied. I don't know how this company got my banking information. I do not shop on line at all and did not authorize money to be taken from my account. These people kept repeatedly sending a check to my bank!!! I have been with Heald College for over a year. My first quarter with them was HORRIBLE! Everyone there gave me wrong information! We had our mortgage paid/closed April 2009.Out of the Blue Aug 2, 2010 got a call from a unknowen name 866-702-1469. A Lady said this call was regarding a mortgage of 65, 000. I said "That's BS and hung up. Aug 5, 2010 got letter from Allied International Credit Corp, regarding mortgage with a payment coupon for the full ammout. I was skeptical at first buying an item from the internet to help remove moles/freckles. It took almost 4 weeks to arrive. The directions were difficult to follow as the focus tube does leak even after placing the cotton ball. You end up wasting the product during your trial period. When I was finally not getting the results I wanted (it made it look worse and it has been over 6 weeks, I asked for a refund because the website said guaranteed with a refund if it doesn't work on your skin. Madeleine of HF Roofs quoted me for a garage roof for my house renovation. Agreed 50% deposit with her. Paid deposit on 18082009. On 24082009, advised by Ronald at HF Roofs that 50% deposit is not suitable and I must pay the for all material. This is their policy. I was very unhappy about this but paid in order no to delay delivery. I then paid the other 50% on the 24082009.

Tile flooring from Home Depot installed in kitchen, laundry room & two bathrooms over three weeks ago. MeasureComp had done the measuring and overcharged Home Depot by approx $800. Two boxes of tiles returned to Home Depot for credit (approx $150). Home Depot won't credit our account until MeasureComp issues refund to them. I bought things from them for the amount of R69.60, but when I tried to pay with my debit card it said insufficient funds, which I knew was impossible.
But i then paid cash, after they assured me that it won't go off my account. When I received my statement today i saw that it still went of my account, thus i paid double for the thing i bought.

I have an HTC Vox of less than a year old and it has been in for repairs abt 7 times. Every time I take it in, it only works for a week or 2 & then something else breaks again. And then it is usually in for a month at a time.

I was involved in a car accident, not my fault, the other person is insured by Budget. I, having no insurance, (yes, stupid I know, live and learn) am making a third party claim against Budget. The only communication I have received from them was to send various documents. I hired Giudici & Son to do numerous upgrades to my house including, increased amps, ceiling lights install of 2 ceiling fans. The company was pricey but recommended by a friend so we went with them. My warranty was extended through Wesbank on my Nissan Navara FNM 418 NW. The vehicle developed clutch problems and I asked Nissan (Lionel Motors) to inspect it for me. Subsequently they submitted a claim to repair but the claim was turned down by an assessor from Motorite. The reason stated was that it was because of incorrect driving. My complaint is that, healthy kids raised my premium from $20 a month to $318 a month based on my household income. My husband hasnt had a raise in 2 years, and all I got was a 0.50 cent raise from last year to this year. So because of 0.50 cents of a pay increase, my kids now wont have health insurance. I received a letter from Penn Credit stating that I owed $500 from an emergency room visit. The problem was I had never been to the hospital listed on the letter (or even in that city for that matter).
It turned out that the person who had visited the hospital did not provide a Social Security number and provided an address different than mine. The person was of no relation to me. i took my chipper/shredder in to the sears service department because it would not start on 7/27/10. it had been used off and on in the last year. i ran it for 2-3 hrs the week before i called sears.

Comerica Bank has the same policies in place for checking accounts as Wells Fargo. Recently there was a Federal Judge that awarded Wells Fargo customers over 200 million dollars from unfair trade practices. To be specific, Comerica processes all transactions in a checking account from largest to smallest regardless of when the transaction took place.
