This is a complaint against Dr. Jahangir Rahman who was my primary care physician. My primary care physician injected ~ 10ml of a mysterious, clear liquid from a syringe (~1cm diameter) into my left forearm on the inside, while he was supposed to inject from a regular TB syringe, 0.01ml of ppd ( the standard for mantoux TB skin test). I went to this clinic for a SSA exam. Dr. Goss sat ASLEEP while a PA did the exam. It was typically a Q&A exam, with them only listening to my breathing. Then afterward, they come out with a 13 page detailed report of what all they did to me supposedly. They claimed to have done a pin prick test, which they didn't. After 12 years with WOW cable we decided to bundle and take advantage of a special offer with AT&T/Direct TV. We called and were told about rebates that they processed for us and a gift card we were to get. The first bill was a SHOCKER- no credits or rebates were given, no gift card either. We have to call AT & T for one thing and Direct TV for another. I was dropped twice on a transferred call to the cancellation dept. My husband received a collection agency bill in the mail from RMCB, Inc. (Retrieval-Masters Creditors Bureau, Inc.) from Elmsford, NY. It stated that they were collecting on an unpaid bill of $24 for Handy Magazine. We just bought a Larson storm door. When we started to install it, we realized we didn't have any screws at all. So we had to go buy screws for it. The instructions are useless. They make no sense at all. We finally have the frame up and ready to put the glass in, but the instructions does not go into detail on how to do that. We also noticed that we don't have the screws to install the closer. I think if you pay $196.00 (before taxes) you should get everything you need to install the door. I was advised to book my vehicle into Lane 2 at 08h00 on 110909 and my service advisor, Nathan would be there to assist. However this was not the case as he was not around. We have a netstar system that was changed from one vehicle to another in April this year. THe fitment was done by Autoradio Randburg who never sent the documents through, so we didn't get a certificate for the new vehcile. I worked at Loopt for a while after spending a little over a year wandering from place to place in the Bay Area. A couple of months ago I purchased beauty products at Ulta using my debit card. The clerk offered me a free issue of Instyle magazine. I was not told that i would receive subsequent issues nor was i asked if i would be interested. Upon checking my bank account, there was a deduction for a subscription for Instyle magazine. The only way that they would have received my bank account information was by my debit card transaction. Isn't this against the law?
