Worst company I have ever dealt with not an exaggeration! They promised about 10 things and couldn't deliver on not one. Website was suppose to be built and finished in a week, well two weeks later still not finished, 1 month later more promises, still not finished, 2 months later a promise of a full refund. I was traveling on government travel orders to Georgia in March of 2010 with another government employee. On 2/26/2010 my co-worker / co-traveler contacted our local Leisure Travel office to reserve two separate rooms in the same hotel for our trip. Gayle Justice is a dog thief. She stole my dog! She was to take the dog for 6-8 weeks and train for $1500 (boarding included). She did not respond to emails or phone calls month after month when I attempted to get my dog back. After more than a year I told her I was getting the police involved and amazingly I heard from her. Beware of any ads on Craigslist asking for participants for a consumer research study or survey involving wiring money oversees. The study will mail you a large check, have you deposit it and deduct your fees and then forward the balance to an address overseas via MoneyGram International or Western Union. The check is FAKE and you will end up paying for the money out of your own pocket and be totally ripped off. Do not cash any checks sent from Lilo Marketing or Diego Allen. In 2008 we bought Fridgidare: Diswasher, stovetop, microwave, oven and refridgerator. The dishwasher broke 3 times in the first 2 1/2 year exceding the value of the purchase price. They gave us our money back. Now the stove top cracked and disclored. The fridge filter now only las 2 months and the oven blew out. The repair to the oven after a little less than 3 years use was $300 which was 50% of the purchase price. I guess it was "GOTCHA" AGAIN AMERICA. I never heard of such low quality junk. My husband and I have been working on refinancing our home. This started shortly before 6/21/10.. all the paperwork filled out and faxed to Citimortgage, and to date, we are still needing to send more information, and not receiving feedback in a timely manner. I have to keep sending requests on 'where are we in the process?' I've taken too much of my work time, on the phone with them, scanning records to them, faxing to them, and it's been one thing after another. The phone calls have come so close I could no get a call through to my doctor. This is an update from my 7/9/10 complaint. Since my original call to the executive relations dept I have not rec any contact about the privacy issue I brought up. Even though Mellisa promised that I would be contacted by the privacy dept. As a matter of fact they put in my records that nobody at customer service should talk to me and that the executive office is handling this issue. I agree that Wachovia should be investigated for practices that seem to affect the consumer to their advantage. Namely the NSF fees and when they are applied. I recently had an auto debit to be withdrawn on the 4th of each month. The company said it, because of holiday and weekend, attempted to withdraw on the 6th/7th of the month.
