I received a letter from General Motors regarding a recall on my Chevy Impala's steering column. I contacted Medved Chevrolet in Wheat Ridge, CO, which is where I purchased the vehicle. I was told that I didn't need an appointment and that they would provide shuttle service for me while the car was being repaired
I brought the car in today for it to have the recall work done and to have an oil change. The service manager said they do not have shuttle service on Saturdays, even though someone in the service department told me that they do. Bought a Tom-Tom Navigational system for car. Gave bad info regularly like "take next right" turns out to be a brick wall of building. Took on a trip and would not work in Salt Lake City at all. Finally stopped working 7 months after purchase. Called cust serv had to read a microscopic number on side. Didn't have magnifying glass needed to read it. Co flatly refused to help me even though product had 5 months left on a 1 year warranty. DO NOT buy this product. I've been thinking about taking belly dance lessons in Topeka. I spoke with Yeshe, the owner, and she told me that they were only offering classes in Lawrence and Kansas City. I had heard they were located here in Topeka so I looked in those cities. While they are listed in online directories in those other places they don't actually have any locations in those other places. Then I found out online that they were offering lessons in Topeka at the time I inquired. I also can't find any info online that legitimizes them as a business. This is a very small hole-in-the-wall school and the owner is a very cold, corporate-minded guy who takes no time to know his students. He is geared more towards kids and likes to stiff his adult students without considering their circumstances. The way he talks to you is that of a serial killer. Cold and very eerie.
He makes you sign an unreasonable policy before you sign up that makes it hard to get your security deposit back.

Seattle Dog Magazine knowingly issued a bad check for $3800.00 and have not made good on the debt. I went to complain to the BBB only to learn that they have an "F" rating. I filed a complaint with the Attorney General's office - only to learn that there are several other complaints pending. If you plan to do business with this company, BEWARE. On Aug. 20, 2010. I placed an order for a free trial of a diet supplement through the internet from the acaioptimum. com. The advertisement only indicates that the charges for the product was $4.95 shipping charge. There was no information or explanation that stated that I would be signing into a program or subscribing to a plan that cost $99.96 until you have place the order and provided the credit card number.

In summary: tech support gives an extremely lackluster, uncaring response that offers no help nor no paths to get help.
Technical problems with their website combined with their refusal to allow email replies prevent any sort of meaningful communication without me starting a new ticket from scratch, which I am loathe to do after seeing the effort spent on the first response I got.

My mother owns a barber shop and we kept the deer park account from the previous owners. Since we took over we have had that account with Deer Park for the past 3 years, but for the past year we've been charged for 5 litter Natural Spring Water for $5.49 for which we did not request. The mask has never come.
I emailed, they responded that they needed my address to check the order. I sent them the info, and screen shots of my receipt. Never heard anything from them again. NO mask, no response. I opened a paypal claim and they have not responded to that either. They seem to have just disappeared. meanwhile, I'm left mask-less and very disappointed.

Very misleading information on website for penny auctions. They claim they clearly state that there is a fee for signing up for auctions. It is not clear. An hour after I signed up I got a call from my bank card asking me if I had authorized $159.00 to this company. This was the first I knew they were a scam. My 2009 Chrysler Sebring has been havig multiple power failures with the warning lights system. I bought it NEW august 2009. By 11, 000 miles the warning lights go off for no reason I loose power while driving, the starter has a mind of its own and cranks out of control for 60 seconds without starting the car! This website is a ripoff. Not only does it not ship purchased products, its cutsomer service is practically nonexistance. The staff was extremely friendly, returned my call shortly and I received my Aqua Aire Cushion within 4 business days of ordering it. I love their NEW design and smaller cushion. I noticed that it alos has loops on the out cushion. I purchased the addtional adjustable straps for my motorcycle seat. IT WORKS PERFECT! It looks like Aqua Aire had some issues in the past, but it seems that they have worked out the bugs. I had went to this company to get both brakes fixed. They were going to charge me 300+ for the front brakes alone and 337 for the rear. The rear Is understandable but the front? Overpriced. I just needed the front pads replaced at the time (which I did myself because of the price) I don't know if it's just me that they are doing this to or anyone else but that was rediculous. They have lost my business there. And what's sad is I had went there in the past for several years. Our Thomasville saleswoman had led us to believe that our Thomasville chairs would be made like quality samples they had displayed at Fresno Store. Customer service was good before delivery, and Terrible after delivery when chairs we paid over $2, 000 for were not made the same way. After several attempts to repair, the chairs look worse than before with crooked seams and poor workmanship. For me to give the full story of the problems I have had with Citi Corp would take me hours so I will simply state the following points:
We signed up for a project with Home Depot to have Windows installed (that was a mistake in itself!) they offered a 12month no payment promotion and they didn't even tell us who the credit card was with (we thought it was home depot themselves).
