I bought a Panasonic microware oven to replace my old 18-year-old one. I ordered an electronics camera and was told that it shipped USPS First Class Mail. This, according to the website should ship the same day with a expected receiving date of 3-5 business days. Three weeks later and after numerous calls I still have not received the original item and was just told today that they are shipping another one. I have received no tracking number or e-mail stating that this is in fact true. I will now have to wait again to see if they sent anything. Was told that I was ordering High Speed Internet from a satellite dish.My high speed has a 42 kbs download.This is not high speed!To troubleshoot they have you run test that says the system will do 435kbs but that is wrong!! I had one of my tech's take out truck to get a "spare tire" replaced. I was told that the tire ran between $138.00 to $188.00 and that they had no take offs. Out of desperation we paid the price. Chase issues credit cards for Pier One. I have a platinum card. I charged $102.66 and paid the amount in full by the due date (through online banking).
