I ordered skates from them selecting UPS 2 Day Air Express Shipping in the amount of $33.12. They shipped the skates UPS Ground, which was at a cost of approx $14.20. I asked them for a refund in shipping charges since they shipped it via a different, cheaper method and they refuse to refund the difference in shipping since I "Still got them in 2 days". This is all proven by receipts and emails showing that they literally stole my $18.92. I went through Paypal to dispute the charge and they still will not refund my money. My son was hit head on at 50 mph by a Safe Auto Insurance Co. customer. My son was not at all found to be at fault. The Safe Auto customer failed to maintain his lane, and hit my son head on. Our salesman at Northern Auto was extremely nice. He did everything he could to get me the car of my choice. Over there at Northern there are just one happy family. I brought my 2009 Venza in for electrical issues. They had the car twice and could not fix. Then when I complained a third time, all records of the complaints disappeared and they refused to service the car any further. It turns out it was a wire shorting out to the roof which now has been fixed. I was amazed as to how they wiped the record clean of any problems. We bought a Ragdoll kitten in Dec. from Luke and Cheryl Bromagen. They gave him antibiotic drops on his way out the door. Kitten died less than 72 hours later-was septic from intestinal parasite. Breeder promised replacement cat- but never answered emails or apologized. Waited for new litter and was told to get lost. I wished to unlock my iPhone to use it with another cell phone service provider but was taken in by this online scam. The instructions did not include my iphone version. The home page says their instructions will work but once you pay, there are no instructions on what to do next if there is a problem with the iPhone version.
