They claim they'll act upstanding to your face but in reality take your custom designed product even with a non-disclosure agreement and shop it around just to save a few pennies. They’re the Communications Workers of America and, the chances are, if you’ve ever had a telephone repairman into your home, he was a member of the CWA.

This complaint is very very true and accurate. The comment proceeding the complaint however is not. I had a similar experience with Dossett Dental in Hurst. I found them on the insurance preferred listing and made a same day appointment as I had a very badly infected tooth in need of a root canal. I just had a horrible experience at a BP gas station (7544 Lyndale Avenue South) at 6:15pm on July 11.
This happens to be one of the BP locations that accepts Rainbow Grocery's Roundy's Fuelperks discounts. So I swiped that card, then chose to pay at the pump and swiped my ATM card, and pressed the Regular gas button instead of Premium or Ultimate.

Verizon and FedEx
Had to have a replacement phone shipped to us from Verizon due to faulty equipment. No problem there, but we are supposed to ship the defective phone back using the return label that was supposed to be included in the box. First problem: no return label in the box. So off we go to the Verizon center near us, wait our turn, get the label and then have to take the box to the FedEx place to ship it. Owned a LaCie Mobile Safe Hard Drive with encryption, which developed problems (no boot) out of warranty period.
Called LaCie to have it repaired (was willing to pay for all repairs). Tech rep said it is no longer supported (it was 14 months old), and they would not repair it. Homeownership Preservation Corp. gave false accusation and documents that my mortgage agreed to a trial modification. Payments were to be mailed to an alternate agency called Foreclosure Assistance Prevention and even provided me with a fake agreement form from the lenders attorney, once I called the lender attorney and emailed them the (so-called modification agreement) I was told that the document was untrue as well as the agreement.
