The servers do experience uptime more often than not (which is not saying much), but when they went down recently (mid-June 2010), they stayed down for a good week. And though the servers are back up, there are still issues with their configuration (as of late June). I noticed a deduction from my checking account. Two transactions 2.97 and 57.61. I called the phone number listed next to the transaction and was offered a partial refund of 40.00 immediately. I refused this option asd I feel tyhat I am due a FULL refund of 60.58 since i did not authorize this transaction. I owned my Archos 5 IMT for under a month, when the screen cracked in the corner during the application of a screen protector. I was using a light amount of pressure, just enough to smooth the screen protector. I had the same problem that others have said about what I feel is a fraudelent company, Lean Body Burn. You are supposed to have a 10 day trial, but I received no product within the 10 days. Of course, I was billed 87.47 which I am now disputing since there were no terms of agreement, though they say otherwise. I too am having problems and am quite disappointed. Especially, since my purchase was primarily based on Husky's brand reputation. Only 4 uses and 2 seasons later, the gun started to leak. I paid the owner of the company for a new liner for my pool as well as a new pump and filter and installation of the items. Several weeks after it was installed I noticed the pump was not working properly. I called the owner and left messages everyday for 3 days on the owners phone and he did not return my calls. I requested a refund which I was told by customer service rep, Jonelle, I would be recieving. However, Gary Nealon, the manager has denied my refund request and is requesting my pay to ship back the item at my cost. I should not have to pay to ship back something I did not order. Recently I placed 2 orders on toysrus.com. One on july 5th and one on july 7th. both orders were submitted before the daily deadline for processing. According to their website the processing time for each order was 1-2 business days. A CSR told me that each order should be packed the day it's ordered and shipped the following day. The first order (placed on July 5th) was not shipped until the end of the day on the 8th. The second order(placed on July 7th) as of now has not shipped.
