I would love to join a class action law suite against Dex Media Advertising Just paid for more than a year rediculous amount for bundle yellow and web ads . When it come down to it they act like it's 2 diffrent companies. I advertized with them for years, when my contract was getting close they would see how they could help my business and send fax or phone recommendations and a real contract. I recently hired Orion Moving and Storage to conduct our move from Dallas, TX to Los Angeles, CA. Giuffre advertised the 2010 KIA Forte EX for $12999. In the New York Daily News. I called and was told that they had them in stock for the advertised price and the only additional cost would be sales tax and license plate and title fees. When I got there I was told that for that price I would has to qualify for certain incentives and that the would be an additional destination charge of $695. and preparation charge of $795. The ad is highly deceptive, they should not be able to advertised a retail priced after qualifying incentives. Its been while since I purchased a new car and forgot how devious these people were. An employee of Santander has stolen my bank routing number and account number when mailed to their Po box at: P.O Box 660633 Dallas, TX 75266-0633. I have only made 2 payments to them via check since they took over the servicing of HSBC Auto and my info has been compromised. I was charged for my viper car starter to be taken out when they told me upon installation that there is a lifetime warranty on the product, (especially to pull it out). Well, when the car starter went bad, they blamed it on a 2004 crossfire with 50, 000 miles. I joined Survey Head over a year ago. First it takes forever to get a pending item approved!!! They never answer your emails. We went to the counter of Delta Airlines and waited around 15-20 min to be attended, after that it took the lady another 30-45 min to process a unaccompanied minor boarding pass. We ordered a compressor from 1800radiator in Dallas, TX on Harry Hines. They brought us the wrong part twice and with the second one we had the employee open the box to make sure it was the right part, he said it was. Well it wasn't. On top of that when we drove to Dallas to return the part they would not give us a refund or a good part because they said it was damaged. I used HFA for my home loan awhile back... but just now I read a complaint about how they have a branch(?) that does appraisals. If true, I find that very suspicious. The appraiser they set me up with low-balled the estimate to such a degree that I and my realtor were physically SHOCKED. I did an online refill request for a "schedule 4" medication. Walgreen's filled it, my insurance approved and paid for it...now the pharmacist is telling me that I cannot pick up my prescription for 5 more days since I "should" have 5 pills left.
