Last week I submitted a complaint about LEAN BODY BURN's ACAI MAX CLEANSE. I had ordered a free 10-day trial sample for $3.87 and never received the product. Company overcharge my account and when requested for a receipt and break down of fees and taxes, Tracy (customer service ext 6054) couldn't provide it. My complaint is that I was there visiting my sister, and I parked on the street where I was suppose to park, and when I went to leave to come back home to san diego that night, I had a ticket on my window. I purchased a Consul Propane refrigator in 2002 from our local gas company. Model CQE 22B, we have had problems ever since. I can not find anyone to look at it, let alone repair it. You can't get parts or service at the phone number on manual - 1-800854-3483, but you can get phone sex at that number. We were quite satisfied with our dealing and just about to sign the financing papers when we encountered that there had been a huge misunderstanding. We wanted to speak directly to the representative that helped us and while trying to locate her, we had to deal with a sales manager. He was FAR from nice. To begin with, right off the bat, he was very rude. He then continued to make smart remarks and insult us. We would have bought the car we were looking at regardless of the misunderstanding but thanks to his attitude, we left. Having had several pleasant lunches at this Indian bistro, decided to go there for dinner recently. Only the appetizer and dal (bread) were acceptable. Each of the meat entrees were meagre at best and swimming in sauce. The lamb entree in particular was scant: 5 grisley bits full of fat and impossibly tough. I have been a customer with XM for years. I have two radios on my account and pay the bill every six months. For some reason recently, I have been getting calls from their collection department despite the facts that I paid the bill electronically. I return the so called collection calls and the representative tells me that the bill is paid. Can someone explain why then I continue to get the calls. I am still getting the service but the continued calls are annoying. I received a call once from someone who didn't even speak English. The company representatives advise they are located in Burmuda. This jewelry repair shop is average to below average in the quality of it's work. I recently had 3 rings resized by them on the same order. And even though I determined the size using the sizers that they had, the rings ended up really too small. My son, and husband both purchased a moped scooter on-line. Well, needless to say both mopeds were in need of repairs. We took the bikes to this one place where we originally purchased another moped a couple of years ago, and they recommended a place called Mike's Bikes . In my business I always have several UPS's in operation. I used to swear by tripplite until I had a power failure incident. The power went out and the battery failed shortly thereafter. When the power came back on it came on "dirty" and one computer system plugged into the UPS was completely fried, CPU, CD drive and power supply (back when systems were in the 3000 range). This is a review of Handyman Express. We used the company to get bids on some construction work (to prepare for granite installation) and plumbing work. What a nightmare. The bids are high.
