A few days go by and I hear nothing from them, a few more and still nothing. I e-mail and again nothing. I purchased the conversion box for my tv and hooked my rabbit ears up to it. Looks like there are more channels with dtv, but i cant watch 90-100% of them. I can barely stand to watch a single show due to all the audio and picture glitches. It's absolutely terrible and I do not watch any tv now. Signed up with Adt and direct security services came out to install. Had arrangments with ADT for payment.When u sign up with ADT you sign a contract with direct services the installer. Direct services was not aware of this payment arrangment and canceled my service. I called and spoke to the manager ellison. I spent several emails and phone calls verifying the parts and configuration of one of their products via their documentation and photos supplied. The part they sent was NOT that part and not the correct brackets. They would not own up to their mistake. Beware of very expensive shipping and bad customer service. I received a shirt from Sheplers that I didn't like and wanted to return it. I would have to pay shipping again to return it to them. I have every reason to believe these people are crooks. I purchased and downloaded Windows 7 Professional from them. The first license key they sent was an invalid key. After emailing and complaining, and jumping through their hoops to do screenshots and run diagnostics to prove the key was invalid, they sent me an updated key. Customer Service - I always had to make the phone calls to see if or when they were coming. Then they cut our cable wire when installing the fence and I was told they would call to get it repaired and we did not have to be home (which was not correct) We ended up calling the repair company and we did have to be home and miss a day of work. The owner, Nick lied to me. He told me the car was a great daily driver and it almost overheated on the way home due to multiple issues including a bad carb. I had the car repainted because he told me that he had a great bodyshop. He said they would sand off the blue and repaint black. He sent it to MAACO and the blue is still showing through even after them supposedly fixing it. I am happy to see people posting complaints about College Kitty Cattery Cindi Schroeder. We paid alot of money for a kitten with a runny eye and snotty nose. The kitten had a sneezing fit the minute we got in the car! Our vet said it was the herpes virus, and that cats can never get rid of the virus so the kitten will always be sick off and on through it's life.
