He is without question one of the most dishonest, corrupt, and scam attorneys in the state of NJ. He is known to bill for work never done and meetings/discussions that never took place. Several clients are already filing Bar complaints. If this attorney or his family has victimized you, you do have recourse. Upon the return of your vacum I was charged 150.00 when I called to see why I was told that it took me too long to return the broken unit. It matters not how long it took to return the unit but I feel it was inappropriate for your company to charge after the fact. And is this is your policy I should have been charged earlier not upon return of the product. This is poor customer service to day the least. I was searching for replacement parts for the Little Tikes Inside/Outside Cook 'n Grill Kitchen. I only need the fridge and cabinet doors. They only sell 3 different packages of replacement parts and they want $68.00 for what I need. This is the second time I have tried to purchase livestock from OK Feeds and the second time I have had dead animals within 4 days. This time the entire crop was dead within 3 days. We contacted them to tell them this and the owner refused to refund us any money saying that "Even if you are one foot off the property" they do not stand behind the health of their animals. My husband and I went on vacation leaving our car at Winner Airport Valet where they drive you to the airport in your car; hold your car for the week; then pick you up after your flight arrives. This Duct Cleaning Company advertises a low $39.99 then tries to convice you to paymore when they arrive. They multiply the number of returns at your home by the low attractive offer. On top of that they hook up their loud equipment after little "preping". The equipment is actually not sucking out anything, but making a lot of vaccum noise. I caught this deception by being very curious and observant. It seems many of the duct Cleaning Companies are doing the same smoke and mirrors Scam. Back on 4/2/2010 I gave T. J. Olson a 19" View Sonic monitor to return to View Sonic for repair under warranty to Viewsonic 381 Brea Canyon Rd. Walnut, CA 91789 RMA# R1003038-1 Along with a check for $20 to cover packing because freight was prepaid by View Sonic. As of this date 6/22/2010 this monitor has not been received by View Sonic. Two months ago I had timing belt change on my Honda Accord 1999. The car was making very bad noise at the time I went to pick up the car and I was told the noise will go away. Noise is still getting very bad and I was told if the noise is making you uncomfortable, then turn on the Radio. The manager will not fix the problem. I paid 919 dollars for this service.
