Several months ago I ordered a DVD concert video from ImportCDs.com via Amazon.com. The DVD is defective and won't play. It plays about two-thirds through and then returns to the main menu and did so the first time I played it. I tried playing it on different DVDs and it did the same thing. I refuse to send the DVD back unless I get a response from the company acknowledging my complaint. They won't acknowledge the complaint. Do not order anything from Stacks and stacks .com - especially if you are from Canada. they shipped my item to the wrong address (in the wrong country), then only shipped half of the item so I had a storage box with no top or bottom. When I finally received it, the item was terrible looking (fake leather on an outdoor storage bench). I tried to return the item and they took 12 days to call me back with an RGA number. Went to ChickPea yesterday. Food was cold and greasy. It was awful. The bathrooms were not celan. There was reasonable variety on the menu, but the quality didn't seem to be there. I will probably try it again in the future, but my first experience was weak. I have been to several of these and each one is different which is annoying. I think there are many other better options so I would not recommend this place to anyone who loves falafel and mediterranean foods. I was leaving Las Vegas at 3:40pm on a flight to St. Louis (Champion Air owned by Northwest). We backed out on the runway and sat for two hours with no air conditioning and an obnoxious drunk (they had to kick off)then pulled back up to the terminal for another hour to fix engine # 2, before leaving for St.Louis, thank god they announced that their best mechanic would fix it right up. Stay away from this company if you want a better life. DON'T SIGN A CONTRACT WITH THIS COMPANY, or you will be locked forever since it requires you to send a termination letter between 90days to 120 days ahead of time if you don't want to renew your contract, and you know what, majority of people will forget after THREE YEARS. We paid off a home mortgage with Chase April 21, 2010. Yet Chase continued to automatically deduct from our checking account the monthly mortgage amounts for May and June. I have now placed a stop payment against Chase, but am having great difficulty getting all my money back from Chase. Incident Purchased a GM/Chevrolet QCGM-3 BlueTooth Handsfree Wire Harness, and ever since I install it, speaker channels would cut out. I have investigated, and troubleshooted and found numerous loose connectors, tightened them and still a problem. Their trickle charger, a very important after market accessory commonly used on motorcycles, was shipped missing the wires that actually make it work. The wire half on the panel is there, but the wire half that attaches to the battery is not in the package. I bought a JVC GR-HD1 camcorder about one and a half years ago. A week ago my swivel wheel that turns on and off the camera popped right off when I went to use it. This is a $2000 product that should not have faulty parts that break and completely disable the product. Later I noticed other customer complaints about this same part. I emailed JVC about this issue a week ago along with my serial number and receipt, but they have not responded. All I want is my camera fixed so I can continue filming. I purchased a laptop computer from Best Buy at Christmas, I have had trouble every since I Purchased it, I had trouble with it two weeks after buying it and was told to contact the repair services. Then two days ago I went to open it up and get on it and my screen was a complete blur, so again I contacted the the repair service and they told me to send it in. That they could fix it, But also I had to pay the shipping and handling and the cost to fix it was going to be over $199.00. My little sister recently purchased 40 wedding invitations. When she picked up the invitations they appeared differently than the one she brought for them to copy off of. (Keep in mind no one made her aware of this, because, "It should be common sense.") So instead of offering to do them over, no refund involved, they told her they would do them over for half off. I recieved a female Persian cat in a trade deal from Renee Livingston. At the time of the trade I stated The cat I recieved would be pure Persian(not CPC) and it would be PKD neg. I found out it was a CPC and Renee lied and said she didn't know. Now I have found out that it is PKD positive. Either the copies of the DNA test that I received were falsified or the cat was not out of the sire and dam stated on her papers. Beware: when signing up for their five day free trial, it is unclear that you will be charged $34.95 if you do not cancel in the five days. I was totally surprised to find a charge I did not recognize on my account and refund is not an option upon cancelling. I had to sign up for this service in order to use tvshack.net. Problems with the captain. He refused to inflate the dingy. He ate a $40 meal the first night out (we had to feed the captain). Did not want to sail and had to be fought with to do so. Refused to let us contact staff to resolve issues. Refused to let us contact staff to arrange pickup point and time. Left trash in the refrigerator, cupboards and sink. I purchased this printer and have had nothing but problems almost from the beginning which was January 2009. I have deleted the whole program from my computer and then put it all back. The "clip" was very nice but was short lived. I try to scan a 8.5 x 11.5 sheet and it will not scan the top 1". The HP Photosmart has multiple problems. I got a samsung i8910 from mtn the glen two weeks ago and on the disk it says it supoosed to connect on windows vista. This phone connects to Windows 7 but does not connect to Vista. My wife was booking flight arragements for me on Hotwire.com to fly to Las Vegas on business. She found a good price, so she booked the flight. Unaware to her the flight was due in Las Vegas at 11:40 PM local time. Hotwire did not notify her of the arrival time until after the flight was booked. I purchased the Montel Healthmaster with the 7 year extended warranty about a year ago. A week after I got it the lid broke. Naturally it was the only part of the lid that stopped the entire unit from working. I was passenger on this bus on June 14th thru 19th, 2010. The trip was from Kansas City, Missouri to Dallas and Forth Worth Texas. The bus had many, many problems. The toilet did not flush; the air conditioning was not working in the afternoon, only in the early morning. The temperature in Dallas and Forth worth Texas were in the upper 90’s and sometimes 100’s. Originally when we started service in 2003 the tank was filled from 0 to 80% capacity of a 120 gallon tank specifically a (420 vertical ASME” with 120 gallon capacity).
