I ordered on their website, selecting UPS Priority Mail 2-3 day delivery. As of today, 4-8-10, the delivery has not been made. I called the company and explained my problem. The candy was for a birthday on 4-7-10, and an alternate gift was needed. Rose City refuses to credit my credit card for a shipment I haven't received. Pet Land of Orlando in Semoran is one of the worst pet shops. I decided to get a pug for my me and my niece since I have one in Puerto Rico and I love PUGS. We purchased a Brita faucet mounted water filter and before even the first filter cartridge was used up it became very difficult to switch between filtered and unfiltered water. I have a 2009 Honda Civic with 13, 000 miles that has totally bald tires. The dealership acknowledges that the tires are defective but want to charge me $350.00 to replace them. On 10/03/2009, my credit card was charged $160.17 to renew my Panda service for 2 more years. In March, 2010, my Panda quit working. I called Customer Service and they e-mailed some instructions for me to follow to get it working again. It did not start working, but on 3/29/2010, my credit card was charged $101.94.
