I had cancelled my alarm monitoring contract with Stanley Security Solutions after I was charged a $ 175.00 service call for 5 minutes of blowing air on my keypad. I cancelled in writing by email as well as by phone. I was contacted by their agent and told the person I had contacted no longer works for them and was not very good at doing his paperwork so I had to pay them an extra $ 215.00 to cancell my account. Beware of Home Protection Group (HPG). These people are nothing but con-artists. They convinced me into believing they were going to lower my mortgage payment by conducting a forensic audit on my home loan. After speaking with this company today and was told I was going to collections since I did not pay my bill I authorized them to charge a "settlement" fee to my credit card. After giving them my information I did some research and I don't think they are telling the truth. I ordered the Knightsticks in January 2010 and I was happy with what I received and called customer service to order the re-fills and they gave me a great deal of approximately $110 which included the initial kit plus 3 packs of 5 cartridges. I give wendy's a bad review as I had been watching these wonderful marketing views on t.v. and finally about a month later went to go visit a new store in Daytona Beach close to I 95 and LPGA. First the guy who took my order was not totally there. When the food arrived I received this little package which was enough to feed my grandson, maybe. I heard an advertisement on 94.1 the Fish in Nashville, TN advertising to give you $2000.00 in grocery coupons for free. I called the number and the rep told me that the only thing that i would have to do is pay for shipping fee.
