I am a college & MBA graduate, so I know enough math to be better than dangerous. I signed up my twins for dreambox's k-3 math, which is supposedly personalized to both of them. First of all the company required a credit card for a "free trial" (huh?) -- that should have been a warning sign itself. Then they actually charged my credit card!!! Peoples Bank charges a standard $8.00 monthly maintenance fee. For using their issued MASTER MONEY debit card an additional $1.00 montly fee. For using a NON-PEOPLES ATM, $2.50 per withdrawal (in addition to surcharges from ATM). All of these fees are taken out in a 7 day "window" from your checking account (i.e. '3rd week of the month'). Authorize.net operates with unethical practices. I could not load their product to my website and they started billing me without clear communication. Their website is not user friendly. Their fees are not communicated very well, if they were I would not have been so surprised when a debit to my brand new business checking account hit. This used to be a very good hotel with great service and good facilities. have stayed there on many occasions but this last time I was shocked when using the pool with my adult daughter to be harassed and threatened by a group of unsupervised children who threw shells at us barged into us whilst swimming despite being asked not to. hotel management were informed to no avail they left the kids there although some random adult did eventually turn up the kids did what they wanted. on leaving they still managed to leave dirty toilets etc... read full review »

Horrible!!! Don't ever buy from Bobs! Its been 2 months since I bought my sofa and still no due date for delivery. Seriously how long does it take to deliver a sofa! Customer service is horrible!!! When the sofa was first purchased I was told it would take a few weeks and it was never mentioned that it would take beyond a month. Mercedesmanuals advertised a electronic code scanner online for my CLK 320 automobile. It was a little pricey, but I needed it. I ordered the "CClassOBD" code scanner. However, I received a generic "CAN OBD code reader, Memoscan U480". They said that the C Class scanner was discontinued. They overcharged me by $10 for the substitute. I'd like to tell you about my experience with the upgrade of KAV 2010. I uninstalled the 2009 version and attempted to install the new 2010. It said that I had an incompatible program, i.e.; Comodo Firewall. It wouldn't even let me install 2010 unless I first uninstalled Comodo. Horrible RUSHED job. Finished our 2500sf house in 2 hours. Dust and dirt everywhere. Sink was a mess. They have the worst business practice I have ever seen. They have almost nothing in stock, it all has to be sent from overseas somewhere.I can't order directly from them but have to purchase thru a third party sales outlet??
