I did a people search on a friend a few months back. THis company said they will charge only $1.95 for the information. I purchased the information for the quoted price. I found out they charged me not only $1.95 plus $19.95 for NO REASON at all, this charge was not authorized. Now, they charge me the two paymentse each and every month. For ONE phone number I am being charged $22.- each and every month. What a scam, what a rip off. This is just down right illega. There should be laws to put these thieves behind bars forever. There is NO excuse for this to happen, it was NEVER authorized never requested.

Gamepal is a fraud
I recently sold my WoW account to gamepal.
I read every detail possible on their website to make sure i wouldn't get scammed, but of course I would get scammed. What do i do? i heard they charge you and say you stole your account back so they ask you to pay thousands of dollars back. I put 4 years into the account and would reall love my money...or atleast my account back. Please feel free to email me.

We bought a Mulligan line from Susan Sarao at Irish Jacks / Violet Meadow Farm in 2007 and have had nothing but joy and good things to say about Susan and the violet meadow farm and our little Milly!.

My recent statement from AT&T included a third party billing for the amount of $14.95 on behalf of Phoneticom LLC. A Google search found the website advertising their "Emergency Message System" service provided for a monthy charge. Fortunately, the website included phone number and address. The Ultimate Vacation
I too unfortunately got sucked in by this company. I received a call from their telemarketer in January 2010. First of the the guy had hearing problems and the phone call was so loud that my ears were throbbing. There was so much noise in the background it was hard to hear him and I had to keep asking him to repeat himself. I should have just hung up but I didn't. They told me on the phone that it was salary and base and then in the 2nd interview told me it was "performance" based... commission in other words. i brought 2 of these phone for me and my wife. also brought 2 30dollars card. we had a verizon cell before it works really good, but i have to pay around 53 dollars every month to get 450 mins, 250 msgs, for one phone, but now i only pay 60 for two and both have 1000 mins and 1000 msgs. so it seems a good deal for me.

Actually, I am having some issues with them now. Their customer service needs work. The emails going back and forth are becoming very harsh. I just needed to understand somethings. Not really nice at all. Their vm just directs you to hang up and log on. Their instant chat doesn't work, and customer service doesn't call you. They just send mean emails. I was admitting into Kirland clinic to have an outpatient surgery on my right foot. I was told by my doctor to go to the lab and have my lab work done before my surgery to save time on the day of my surgery. Went in had my surgery, one week later I received my bill for my co-pay for my surgery. Paid the bill then 2 days later receive another bill for another co-pay. Account numbers just one number off. This company is very unorganized, unprofessional, and NEVER returns phone calls. I had them scheduled, the mowers never showed. I called Top to Bottom several times and no call back. So I ended up calling another company. They came out a wk. later to give me a quote and Top to Bottom shows up. How embarrassing! Prescriba Rx Part D
They regularly refuse to fill prescriptions as written by doctor: they offer another cheaper drug that does not always even have the same critically important components. Like "take zocor (simivastatin) instead of Vitoryin (simvistatin plus one other drug).
Then they want to limit the quantity to substantially less than the doctor prescribed so they can get an extra co-pay by making me go to the pharmacy twice a month.
I am kicking myself for not choosing a plan that will honor my doctor's care decisions and I paid a deductible to boot.
My advice: RUN, RUN FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLAN SPONSOR AS YOU CAN. read full review »

I just found out that KeySecure Inc. charges me $39.95 each month (through Verizon).
Note: www.keysecureinc.com has NO information on their services.
KeySecure Inc. has a 1-866-775-7166 (in my Verizon bill), and when I asked about the service they gave me a long & fast speech. When I asked for the same information in writing in the internet, there was no answer.
To me it is a rip-off!
Can somebody make this illegal?
