I bought a BRAND NEW pump from these scam artists. Apparently, they buy defective merchandise, sell it as new, then hide behind the manufacturers warrantee and leave you stranded. I bought a $600 pump, it arrived defective. They tell you you'll need a return authorization and give you a toll free number. The toll free number always goes to a machine and they do not return ANY phone calls. I called every hour of the day for 2 weeks with no response. They only responded to CITI bank when they tried to charge him back for the pump. They sent CITI bank a FORGED signature to say I signed for the item!!! They claim fast delivery. I ordered for delivery on-line. 1 1/2 hours later, still no food. I called and asked what's up? They said on their way. 20 mins later arrived. Food was cold AND items were missing that were ordered. I called the manager and he said it was a "mixup" on who was going to deliver and said someone would come back and deliver missing items (which no one ever showed up to deliver missing items). BOA Property Claims
We had water damage to our house, for which BOA is the lean holder. The insurance company sent us a check for over 16K for repairs. I overnighted the check to BOA 10 days ago - we are still not set up as a vendor, so I can not get the money to pay the contractors that have done the work. I am amazed at the lack of urgency that BOA showes it customers.

I purchased a Serta Metropolitan mattress from the Store in Palmdale Lancaster California. My Sales person was Michael Robinson.
My first complaint is that they promised me a week out delivery from the date of purchase, which I had to take off work to be home for. I was notified the day of my delivery that the mattress was not put on their delivery truck. My sales person offered me a 200.00 refund for my inconvenience. I was satisfied at that point.

I called Palm Beach Tan iOn Germantown Road in Mempjis to see how much a Mystic Tan was. They informed me that the cost was $30 for one or $45 for three and that I had a six month My forst tan (dark) was uneventful, but two months later when I went in for my second tan, there was an additional $5 charge for any tan other than the lightest. The manager opoligized for not telling me this on the front end, but stated that this is the way it is now and I would have to pay the extra $5 if I wanted my tan. First they try to rip you off to collect technical support fee but they avoid to tell you the simplest thing if you reset your router your password will reset itself.
Second, they they brake your router when they troubleshoot it and then they try to sell you a refurbished router which only cost $29 for $179.
Third they don't cancel your order even though they say they have canceled it. They promise you to send free return shipping label and they don't send it.

I purchased my first case of number five dipers. when the last of the number fours were used i cut open the box of number fives only to find a unbelievable amount of mouse droppings. The environment of the store is very unwellcomming, and the cashiers are very rude. I have been to this store before, and I have been having the same impression too. I dripped some coffee on my 10 month old laptop (HP Pavillion) and then my 5 & 6 keys would not work. Soo, I took it to geek squad to have it fixed. I told them I only wanted the keys cleaned(confident that would work). After I got it back, they had switched my hard drive out with a smaller memory and the "new" hard drive was fried. I had to take it to a local computer repair shop and 100.00 later, my computer worked, for about a couple of weeks. I ordered my beef jerky @glenwood's online site, and I was waiting for it, and I contacted them after 1 week, and asked about my beef jerky not arriving yet. They responded and told me there was a mix up. So I'm cool with it, but it arrived after 2weeks, and when I got it the box seems to be messed up and to fix it up, somebody taped it all over, so I came to the conclusion that I won't risk eating a beef jerky that might be contaminated.

In February I received a cool telemarketing promotion from Verizon: a Compaq netbook or Flip camcorder for upgrading my current (slow) Verizon Internet DSL service to 3 Mbps and "double bundling" it with my current Verizon voice telephone service. My internet treasure chest
I gave my card details to myinternettreasurechest for a payment of $2.97, they said all other charges were waived as an offer was on.
I was shocked to later view my statement to discover another $79.86 was deducted. This amount I never saw anywhere (not even in small print!) in the advert.
I then went to read up about reviews on them (sadly, too late) and I discover they are actually one of the worst around in terms of scam rating. Not a single positive review about them.

Chrysler Financial Auto loan
Today we were calling in to make a payment over the phone on our vehicle. We are self employed and had the bad fortune of a 5500 dollar check from a client bouncing on us. This made us 2 months current due. We were trying to give them $1100.00 for payment. The lady who answered in collections would not take our payment! The WaterGarden Condominiums is supposedly one of the nicest buildings on Las Olas Boulevard in Ft. Lauderdale. Before you move in, you should check on the condo board policies. Many of the rules make absolutely no sense. For instance, one rule states that the doorman will only accept boxes that are less than 6 (six) cubic feet. Why spend the money to live in a doorman building when the doorman doesn't provide any support to the residents. I was hired to do an install job by The Carpet Store, which has locations in Corning, Clarinda, and Red Oak for a home in Boone, Iowa. This has been one of the worst companies that I have ever worked for. Guardian Pharmacy uses a deceptive practice of double billing seniors! My elderly parents live in senior residence and have signed up to have their prescriptions delivered by Guardian pharmacy to a store inside the facility. They also signed up for automatic payment through a credit card. While Guardian does charge the credit card immediately, they also send a bill with a list of prescriptions and their costs. Before sending my sunglasses, I emailed a picture of the broken parts to make sure it was repairable. I was told that "All items that you send are repairable no matter what the damage. I decided to send my glasses for repairs.

Oct. 27 2009 I called in to get a payoff letting BOA know that quicken loans just approved me to get out of my 7.7% mortgage to a new fixed rate at 5.1/8%. The rep from BOA said he also had a program to lower payments. After answering his questions he said I was approved for a lower payment. Two days later a letter arrived from fedex and said make this new payment. After 2 months my credit score dropped to below 600 and it took 6 months to reverse this. My complaint is about twice in two weeks CVS has advertised
