I had a office visit today and was seen by Dr.Botsford. Since 2008 I have had loss of sensation, numbness and tingeling and some pain in my left leg on the back side which start's at my buttox all the way down to the middle of my middle toes. I purchased the Kenmore Elite HE4 Washer/Dryer set in Jan of 2006. 4 Months later, the control board on the dryer went. It took 2 weeks to get Sears repair to fix it. Cost me $100 in laundry fees while my dryer was down. Now, as of yesterday, my dryer turns on all by itself and you can't shut it off without unplugging it. I got trial extension because when I got the device when I am going to vacation, so I did have chance to test it. The froze my account a month waiting my return back from vacation. I ordered two true copies of my birth certificate as is recorded in the New York city Department of Health. Vitalchek sent me two certifications of birth. These are two entirely different documents. This is not how it is presented on the web site to make the order. I have a damaged true photo copy of my birth certificate from 1970.
