Ordered a veggie burger going through drive thru! Took 15 minutes, They take each order one at a time and serve them before taking the next order! OMG I finally got to the window and expressed how long it took nicely and the girl tells me she knows and turns and walks away like "oh well get over it"! After viewing an infomercial, I ordered the Brainetics software on a 14 day "free trial." I should have stopped the order after the third add-on product was pitched, but I completed the order. Instead of receiving a free trial, my credit card was billed for $179.00 within 24 hours. The two $50 gift cards that were supposed to have been sent after the order, were never received. The front spring broke costing $784.38 to replace both side and allign. Springs should not break. My daughter was driving and we were lucky that it did not puncture the tire and cause an accisdent. If you do the EZ Pay for the annual passes, make sure you cancel them at the end of the term. They do not tell you up front that you have to do this. The contract states that you agree to pay 12 monthly payments of whatever the amount is. I did this and another charge was debited. I called to fond out why and they told me I had to cancel it or they keep charging me. Another way to get money from innocent people. However, my passes are expired now, and they want to keep charging me. I think by me saying I agree to pay the set fee for 12 payments should mean that after 12 payments I have held onto my end of the bargain, they should theirs as well. read full review »

I had Lasik surgery at Dr. Michael Mazaheri. The doctor was talking to his assistants the whole time like I wasn't even there, and made me feel like he wasn't even paying attention to me.
